• Regular housekeeping, one a week

• Duties included, dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and

• Scrubbing and polishing shower/bath and toilets,

leaving them sanitized and smelling fresh. No heavy
ammonia products used.

• Cleaning kitchen; including stove top, inside and out

of refrigerator, counter tops cleaned and polished;
floors hand scrubbed in the corners and crevices,
mopped and dried clean. Toaster, microwave, and
other appliances cleaned and polished; Sink scoured
and polished dry. Oven cleaned as needed

• Shampooing carpets and spots cleaning where

needed

• Removing pet excrements, and sanitizing area

• Watering plants

• Various other errands; picking kids from school, dry-

cleaning, groceries, etc.

• Keeping nursery clean, organized, and up to date.

Starting seeds, and cuttings. Transplanting when
necessary. Maintaining the green house, and garden
area. Greeting customers, and educating them in
their purchase.

invasive plants, and Florida-friendly

• Able to operate heavy equipment, eg. Lawn mower,

tractor, leaf blower. Skilled in hand tools-
rake, shovel, hoe, weeding tools

• Power tools and carpentry

• Knowledge in fertilizers and pesticides

• Cash handling experience, with cash register, and

web

• Excellent customer service skills
