any other damages, direct or consequential, arising out of the use of, or inability to use, this product or
for any breach of any express or implied warranty, including the implied warranty of merchantability

THE ABOVE WARRANTY DOES NOT APPLY :

To prove warranty coverage :
Retain your sales receipt to prove date of purchase.
Copy of your sales receipt must be submitted at the time warranty service is provided.
Without receipt of proof of purchase, no warranty will be honored.
