UNIVERSITY VS. DIRECTOR HUMAN RIGHTS, PEHSAWAR HIGH
COURT, PESHAWAR IN THE HONOURABLE SUPREME COURT OF
PAKISTAN
The competent authority has given formal approval for Frontier
Constabulary to become party against CECOS University in the CPLA No. 1169/2013
CECOS University versus Director Human Rights, Peshawar High Court, Peshawar and
others in the Honourable Supreme Court of Pakistan, Islamabad.
2. You are directed to hire a competent Advocate of Supreme Court to present
and plead the case of Frontier Constabulary. The brief report of history of the case is
attached herewith. You may consult this office and DO FC Haytabad for further details of
the issue and the position of Frontier Constabulary.
3. The matter should be given top priority.

SUBJECT: CPLA NO. 1169/2013 CECOS UNIVERSITY VS. DIRECTOR HUMAN
RIGHTS, PEHSAWAR HIGH COURT, PESHAWAR IN THE
HONOURABLE SUPREME COURT OF PAKISTAN
The competent authority has given formal approval for Frontier
Constabulary to become party against CECOS University in the CPLA No. 1169/2013
CECOS University versus Director Human Rights, Peshawar High Court, Peshawar and
others in the Honourable Supreme Court of Pakistan, Islamabad.
2. You are directed to prepare a comprehensive report regarding position of
Frontier Constabulary containing various grounds which should be adopted in the court.
You may also attach some pictorial displays to explain the issues. The copies of the
report should be forwarded to the undersigned as well as to DO FC Islamabad. Further,
you should remain in constant liaison with DO FC Islamabad on the issue.
