Esta versin tiene 21 das de prueba desde su instalacin. La desinstalacin y reinstalacin no evita los
das de prueba. Esta versin posee todos los mdulos operativos durante la prueba. Al comprar el
softwarre usted solo recibir la llave de activacin, no necesitara reinstalar y configurar afe!uite.

El software soporta %$ dinmicas y estticas. Las aplicaciones pueden correr con cual&uier resolucin de
pantalla, pero para afe!tation es recomendable al menos 566+966.
$. Instalacin y Confi%uracin - Paso a Paso
E#ecute el arc"ivo de instalacin de afe!uite &ue obtuvo y siga las instrucciones.
E#ecute el programa principal llamado afe!tation <E#1 el icono desde inicio=programas o desde el
escritorio>. El programa le pedir &ue ingrese el usuario y clave para el usuario Administrador de
afe!uite y luego se abrir el programa principal. !i esto no ocurre debe revisar las polticas de su
firewall. ? bien puede contactarse con soporte.
-evise la configuracin del programa en $rograma=?pciones o presionando trl@?. Asted puede
configurar afe!tation en $rincipal para &ue se e#ecute automticamente al iniciar windows y obligar
al software pedir una validacin de un administrador o operador. ' los operadores pueden ser
agregados en la pagina de Administradores7?peradores.
A"ora usted debe configurar el programa cliente eligiendo en afe!tation $rograma=onfiguracin
del liente. En la pagina Bone+ionesC "aga clic en BDetectarC en Direccion de este /erminal. Luego
las opciones BE#ecutar afeAgent al iniciar el sistemaC y B opia afeAgent a la carpeta del sistemaC
deben estar marcadios en la pagina B*iscelneoC. !i usted desea &ue los terminales se blo&ueen
cuando no esten en uso, debe configurar las opciones en B:lo&ueo de /erminalesC
Ana ves configurado todas las opciones presione BAceptarC e ingresar la contraseEa para a futuro
desintalar el programa cliente <afeAgent> en los terminales. A"ora debe e#ecutar el arc"ivo
afeAgent.e+e desde el directorio afe!uiteFlient <del servidor> en cada terminal o estacin de su
cybercafe. -ecomendamos compartir el directorio lient solo para lectura. </ambiGn es posible
copiar afeAgent.e+e y afeAgent.ini en un dis&uete y e#ecutarlo en los terminales uno a uno.> En
cada instalacin de terminales el !ervidor afe!tation detectara automticamente los terminales y
preguntara si se desean agregar a la lista de terminales. afe!tation le preguntara tambiGn asignar una
tarifa por defecto para el grupo en &ue se encuentran los terminales. Esta B/arifa por DefectoC puede
ser configurada en Lista de /erminales=Hi#ar tarifa por defecto. Es recomendable usar y configurar la
tarifa B.ormalC como por defecto. En $rograma=?pciones y en la pagina /arifas de obran(a puede
configurar los precios para cada tarifa.

Installation and confi%uration - step by step
E+ecute downloaded file and install it to c"osen folder by following t"e instructions from setup.
E+ecute main afe!tation program <for e+ample from !tart *enu or Des)top icon>. 'ou will be as)ed to enter
login and password for t"e super user and t"en t"e main server window will open. %f you get warning t"at
program is unable to start server, t"ere is probably a firewall installed t"at prevents un)nown programs from
running. 'ou "ave to configure firewall so t"at it accepts t"e new software. %n case of troubles, you can always
contact me.
"ec) program configuration by c"oosing menu $rogram7?ptions or pressing trl@?. 'ou mig"t want to set
automatic program startup <*ain page> and set t"e option MDemand administrator loginN so t"at t"e program as)s

program automatically at system startupN and Mopy client program to system directoryN s"ould also be set
<M*iscellaneousN page>. %f you want idle wor)stations to be loc)ed, you s"ould set it on MLoc)N page.
After you set all t"e options press ?O. .ow you s"ould e+ecute afeAgent.e+e file from afe!uiteFlient
directory on every wor)station in t"e cyber cafe. 2e recommend to s"are lient folder in read only mode and
e+ecute program t"roug" networ) neig"bor"ood, but you can also copy afeAgent.e+e and afeAgent.ini to a
floppy dis). 2"en e+ecuted t"e program will copy itself to t"e system and run from t"ere, so if you use floppy
dis) it can be removed after a moment and you can continue on t"e ot"er wor)stations. After eac" e+ecution,
t"ere s"ould appear an "ourglass icon on client wor)station and afe!tation program on t"e main wor)station
s"ould detect connection from client mac"ine and as) to add it to t"e list. Eac" wor)station will be assigned
uni&ue name and address. %f computers in t"e cafe are divided into groups <e+. games, internet> wit" different
c"arging rates, t"en you s"ould c"ange t"e name of t"e group t"e wor)station belongs to by #ust entering
different group name. /"e program will as) you w"et"er to set t"e c"arging rates for eac" new group. %n t"e
M.umberN bo+ enter t"e number t"at will be assigned to t"e wor)station for &uic) access <P )ey or menu List7Po
to...>. /o simplify wor)station adding process, program will try to guess t"e data for t"e following wor)stations.
