I applied through college or university and the process took a day - interviewed at KPIT

Technologies in March 2014.


Interview Details On campus interview, firstly their was aptitude+technical test
in which total 80 students apper out off which 22 got selected after that in
techical interview was somewhat medium level difficulty but interviewer was
lot helpfull and then 7 people was selected out of 22 i was one of them. most
technical question was basic programs and java stuff.

Imp: Skill Set:2-4 years experienceExperience in automotive Infotainment domain is desiredGood
knowledge of HMI, Media, Tuner, Audio, Navigation, Bluetooth functionalityExperienced in Black Box

Interview Details Written round(Technical- including C, on Controller and
aptitude) followed by F2F interview.
I applied through college or university and the process took 2 days - interviewed at KPIT
Technologies in July 2011.
Interview Details I am a post Graduate. Just after completing my PG, my resume
got short listed for KPIT through campus placement cell.
Interview had 2 rounds: Telephonic and HR interview.
Telephonic interview had one technical round. Apart from questions on my PG
project, Questions were mainly on Gasoline Engine, Basic Controls on engine
and sensors.

After getting shortlisted in Tech round, there was face to face interview
with HR in Bangalore. Before HR round an aptitude test was conducted.
HR round consisted of basic questions, family background, long term goals . .
etc

derived from my first year Basic Mechanical Engineering subject and vehicle
driving experienc

Very easy aptitude paper,technicla papers were tough,
followed by a technical interview based on C and Embedded Systems

Technologies in April 2010.
Interview Details They had shortlisted a few people from the college. The next
day they give you an IQ test. The people who pass it will be asked to go in
for a technical interview, where they ask questions pertaining to your
degree, college projects and related to the job role you are applying for.
The people are smart,of course. They will catch you if you bluff. Smooth
process. You get the result in a day. I joined work immediately after
graduation. So you end up starting earlier than others. That according to me
is a great thing. The salary is a little low. But learning curve is high.

I applied through an employee referral and the process took 4 days - interviewed at KPIT
Technologies in January 2008.
Interview Details Had a technical round first with questions pertaining to my
field of work and technology and functional domain. Once I cleared the round
I had a one on one interview with my probable reporting Manager. Once that
round is also cleared, the HR will contact you with an offer, and you can
negotiate if needed.
