Jesuit Province Australia & New Zealand 2000 companions 40% fulltime, 7% Jesuit, 26% volunteer, 20% part time, 7% casual 76% education, 9 % social, 7% pastoral, 3% mission formation, 1% Jesuit formation, 4% administration & support 40 works and 22 Jesuit communities 3 Loyola Institute Finding God in All Things Domains Mission Ignatian Spirituality Community Future Focus Capabilities Ignatian Ministry Personal/relational Professional Organisational Framework 4 Loyola Institute Part One - complete a Personal Reflection on your Leadership Experience and Achievements in your career; Part Two - relate this experience to the Domains of the Ignatian Leadership Framework; Part Three - relate this experience to Ignatian Leadership Capabilities Part Four -provide recent examples of your Best Practice in leadership; and Part Five - reflect on the completed Leadership Portfolio for the purpose of identifying priorities for personal and professional development. On completion of the Leadership Portfolio exercise, you will be asked to share Part Five with your head of ministry who will respond to your statements. Final Stage will consist of your analysis of an appropriate case study. The portfolio, case study, & your head of ministries response are sent tot the Loyola Institute for analysis & feed back by Institute staff. Portfolio 5 Loyola Institute It is an instrument which enables a process of self-reflection on ones life, leadership, ministry and mission so that individually and as community all may be able to better serve God. Others and the world in which they live and work. It is designed to be applied to suit local needs and conditions and has multiple uses. It may be used in: The formation and growth of Province leadership personnel; Recruitment and selection processes for leadership; Setting the direction of professional development courses; Developing a leadership vision; Establishing mentoring programs for leadership; Determining leadership roles and role responsibilities.
