The agenda book contains the schools code of conduct and, most importantly, space for your child to write down all homework assignments. The agenda book is also a great communication tool between home and school as many teachers will write notes to parents; parents are asked to check their childs agenda book every night.

All of our seventh grade academic classes (ELA, math, science, and SS) are held in the 1500 hallway (JHS wing). It is here that all of our teams are housed so students have the experience of a school within a school.
Teami ng Our seventh graders will all be a part of an academic team, further enhancing the school within a school concept. Each team is comprised of a common set of teachers for all of the students on that team; students will have the same teachers for each of their academic classes (ELA, math, science, social studies).
PBI S Positive Behavioral Intervention and Supports (PBIS) is a systematic approach to proactive, school-side behavior. The purpose of our PBIS program is to promote, recognize, and reward responsibility for positive behavior and citizenship. Each quarter, students will have the opportunity to earn Shark Bites from their teachers for demonstrating positive behavior characteristics and good citizenship. These Shark Bites can be redeemed for prizes from our PBIS cart and for quarterly ice-cream socials during lunch periods.
