1. REGISTRATION IN EXHIBITION CATALOGUE
ACCEPTANCE OF CATALOGUE ORDER FORM
1.1. The exhibitor shall fill in the catalogue order form and send it back to ROMEXPO INTERNATIONAL
by the deadline mentioned in the Contract at the latest. Firms whose order forms come in
after deadline but before the catalogue has been sent to printing press will have their name listed in
the chapter At the printing deadline. In case no order form has been sent to the editor, ROMEXPO
INTERNATIONAL retains the right of listing the firm in the catalogue strictly on the basis of the data
mentioned in the Contract.
As concerns sub-exhibitors, distinct order forms, bearing affixed signature and stamp, shall be sent in.
1.2. Only order forms that are filled in in typewriting or printer form and carry affixed
signature and stamp shall be taken into consideration as valid.
1.3. Later changes and additions shall not be accepted.
1.4. The exhibitor shall have the obligation to send in its order form in Romanian and English version
and bears responsibility for the accuracy of the data written in the form.
1.5 The Editors of the Catalogue are not responsible for the content of the advertisements (text and
images) provided and processed by the clients and transmitted to ROMEXPO INTERNATIONAL on
magentic substrates or CMYK films for printing.
2. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
2.1. The exhibitor has the obligation to send ad/logo in original form (laser printer, colour copier or
floppy disk with graphics file accompanied by the witness logo/ad in printer form) concurrently with
the catalogue order form with affixed signature and stamp (colour: CMYK, minimal resolution: 300 dpi
/ 152 lpi).
In case document on magnetic support is not available, the witness copy will be subject to
scanning and processing which deteriorate picture quality by ca. 35-40%; consequently, it will be
considered as ad processed by ROMEXPO INTERNATIONAL and the due fee shall be charged and
invoiced.
It is our duty to warn you that the WITNESS COPY shall necessarily accompany the magnetic
support document as the former (witness copy) serves as GUIDING AID ALONE and shall not be used
later as a processable picture.

TO YOUR ATTENTION:
Documents generated from such applications as Adobe Illustrator, Macromedia Freehand, CorelDRAW!
shall contain NO information with reference to fonts used. This may be generated by commanding
Convert to Paths, Create Outlines or Convert To Curves that are specific of any of the afore-said
programmes.
Files generated from Microsoft Office, Microsoft Publisher, Corel Ventura, Ventura Publisher for DOS
are not considered graphics files (for reasons of low picture resolution and bad graphics) and
therefore cannot be accepted for use in ads appearing in ROMEXPO INTERNATIONAL publications,
catalogues a.s.o.
Pictures being used in the afore-said documents should be scanned at 300 dpi and
chromatics should be converted into CMYK at 1:1.
2.3. CATALOGUE PAGE LAYOUT:
The standard page layout of a ROMEXPO catalogue is 120 mm width and 230 mm
height. The editor retains the right of opting for a different page layout as decided by exhibition
organizers and ad tariffs shall change accordingly.
3. PAYMENT
3.1. Payment for logo/ad shall be made in advance, as scheduled in invoice, BEFORE
the catalogue has been sent to printing press.
3.2. Unless the exhibitor makes the payment by the deadline mentioned in invoice, ROMEXPO
INTERNATIONAL is entitled not to insert its logo/ad in the exhibition catalogue without any other
formalities.
4. CANCELLATION
In case the exhibitor cancels its participation in the exhibition for which it has ordered logo/ad
insertion in catalogue after the deadline of its being sent to printing press, the exhibitor has the
obligation to make the due payment for logo/ad. Sums paid for catalogue inserted logo/ad before
the exhibitor has cancelled its participation shall not be returned.
5. BONUSES:
1. Ad orders for publication in catalogue of two consecutive exhibitions benefit from 10 per cent
discount upon publication in the latter.
2. Ad orders for publication in catalogues that exceed EURO 500 benefit from 10 per cent discount.
Discounts mentioned at item 1 and 2 can cumulate (in case the requirements are met simultaneously).
1. NSCRIERE N CATALOGUL EXPOZIIEI
ADMITEREA NSCRIERII
1.1. Expozantul completez fia de nscriere n catalogul expoziiei i o returneaz la ROMEXPO
INTERNATIONAL pn cel trziu n termenul limit prevzut n Adeziunea Contract. Dup
aceast dat, firmele ale cror fie de nscriere sosesc pn la predarea catalogului n tipografie, vor
fi trecute la capitolul La nchiderea ediiei, iar pentru cele ce nu au transmis fie de nscriere
editorul i rezerv dreptul de a asigura nscrierea n catalog numai pe baza datelor din Adeziunea
Contract.
Pentru subexpozani se completeaz fie de nscriere separate, semnate i tampilate.
1.2. Se iau n considerare numai fiele de nscriere completate, dactilo sau listing
imprimant, semnate i tampilate.
1.3. Modificrile i completrile ulterioare nu sunt acceptate.
1.4. Textul nscrierii n catalog va fi transmis obligatoriu n limba romn i n limba englez
expozantul avnd responsabilitatea pentru corectitudinea datelor nscrise.
1.5 Editorul catalogului nu-i asum responsabilitatea n ceea ce privete coninutul reclamelor (text
i imagini) machetate i executate de clieni i transmise la ROMEXPO INTERNATIONAL pe suport
magnetic sau sub form de filme de separaie (CMYK) pentru tipografie.
2. CONDIII TEHNICE
2.1. Reclamele/siglele vor fi transmise de expozani obligatoriu n original (imprimant laser,
copiator color sau dischet cu fiier de grafic nsoit de martorul siglei/reclamei listat la
imprimant) concomitent cu formularul de nscriere n catalog, semnat i tampilat (culoare: CMYK,
rezoluie minim: 300 dpi / 152 lpi).
Dac nu exist document pe suport magnetic, martorul va fi scanat i prelucrat (cu meniunea
c aceste operaiuni scad calitatea imaginii cu aproximativ 35-40%) i va intra n categoria
reclamelor procesate de ROMEXPO INTERNATIONAL (fiind facturate ca atare).
Se atrage atenia asupra faptului c MARTORUL trebuie s nsoeasc N MOD OBLIGATORIU
suportul magnetic cu documentul respectiv i c acesta (martorul) are DOAR VALOARE ORIENTATIV
i nu va fi folosit ca imagine prelucrabil ulterior.

ATENIE:
Documentele provenite din aplicaii ca Adobe Illustrator, Macromedia Freehand, CorelDRAW! NU
trebuie s conin informaii referitoare la fonturile utilizate. Acest lucru se poate realiza cu comenzi
de tipul Convert to Paths, Create Outlines, Convert To Curves, specifice fiecruia dintre programele
menionate.
Fiierele provenite din pachetul Microsoft Office, Microsoft Publisher, Corel Ventura, Ventura
Publisher for DOS nu sunt considerate fiiere de grafic (datorit rezoluiei mici a imaginilor i cali-
tii slabe a graficii) i deci, ca atare, nu vor fi acceptate pentru reclamele din publicaiile,
cataloagele etc. editate de ROMEXPO INTERNAIONAL.
Fotografiile folosite n documentele menionate mai sus trebuie scanate la 300 dpi i
culorile transformate n CMYK, la scara 1:1.
2.3. FORMAT PAGIN CATALOG:
Formatul brut al paginii standard de catalog ROMEXPO este:
120 mm lime i 230 mm nlime. Editorul i rezerv dreptul de a stabili alte dimensiuni,
n funcie de deciziile organizatorilor expoziiei i, n funcie de dimensiunea catalogului, tarifele de
reclam se vor modifica.
3. PLATA
3.1. Plata siglei/reclamei se efectueaz n avans n termenul prevzut n factur,
NAINTE de predarea catalogului la tipar.
3.2. n cazul n care expozantul nu efectueaz plata n termenul prevzut n factur, ROMEXPO
INTERNATIONAL, fr alte formaliti, este ndreptit de a nu insera sigla/reclama expozantului n
catalogul expoziiei.
4. RETRAGERE
n cazul n care expozantul renun la participarea la expoziia (dup termenul de predare a
catalogului n tipografie) pentru care a comandat sigl/reclam n catalog, acesta are obligaia de
a achita contravaloarea siglei/reclamei. Sumele ncasate pentru sigle/reclame inserate n catalog,
nainte ca expozantul s renune la participare, nu se restituie.
5. BONIFICAII:
1. Pentru comenzi de reclam n cataloage la dou manifestri consecutive se acord un discount de
10% la a doua manifestare.
2. Pentru comenzi de reclam n cataloage de peste 500 EURO se acord un discount de 10%.
Bonificaiile de la punctele 1. i 2. sunt cumulative (n cazul n care condiiile sunt ndeplinite simultan).
