Sanjay Kumar
MANAGING DIRECTOR OF AIRWIL GROUP OF COMPANIES



The long, eventful and consequently the very successful
journey for Airwil Group also began with a single step when
Mr. Sanjay Kumar founded the company in 1998. Blessed with
superior creative faculties, razor sharp intellect and boundless
energy, Mr. Sanjay introduced several progressive changes and
love for futuristic architectural and engineering technologies
soon translated into a number of projects that enabled the
group to rewrite the Indian real estate rule book. Within a
short period of time, the company was able to successfully
deliver 2 big ambitious projects, changing the very landscape
of Delhi-NCR.

Born in 1973, Mr. Sanjay Kumar is a dynamic personality, with ultimate
motivational and learning skills. He is graduate with LLB degree from Meerut
University. Throughout in his career he has performed exceptionally well & reached
to these heights where he has created a benchmark and given others a success funda
of Hard and Smart working.

Successes and achievements are based on a passion for people development and
empowerment. Known as an inspirational leader with a supportive yet challenging
management style that motivates both teams and individuals to achieve and exceed
targets and job responsibilities.
Manoj Kumar
MANAGING WORKER OF AIRWIL GROUP OF COMPANIES



Within a short period of time of coming on the Airwil
board, he reshaped the outlook of the company, and set the
base for an exponential development drive. His marketing
acumen enhanced the brand presence of the Airwil Group,
resulting in an increased interest of stakeholders in the future
prospects of the company. Manoj Kumar, with a strong will and
deep rooted moral values firmly believes in excellence and is
all set to take the company to newer horizons under the astute guidance of his
father. He is the young face of Airwil; its torch bearer.

With 15 years of experience & 7- 8 years of experience in civil, his working strategy
is thinking, planning and execution. A results driven, self-motivated and resourceful
managing worker with a proven ability to develop and strengthen management
teams in order to maximize company profitability and efficiency. Being Humble by
nature and helping people to solve their problem from roots has always been the
driving force for him. Mr. Manoj finds peace in finding out ways to make each and
every individuals life beautiful. For him success is like a never ending process. "More

Mr Vikash Bhagat is having 12 years rich experience in
the field of sales and marketing. He is a young and dynamic
person with soft heart & strong will power of taking the
company at new heights.
He believes in transparency, honesty and smart working
and this dynamism gives the edge over the competitions.
He is responsible for the over all working of the company
and is instrumented in making strategy decisions for the
betterment of company.
A YOUNG SPIRIT WITH MORAL VALUES

A young, dynamic, ambitious with high goals and strong dedication, Mr. VIKASH
BHAGAT, has been involved in the day to day management of the group for the past
3 years. He has a vision of taking the group to newer heights by adopting most
modern techniques of construction and keeping in mind the international best
practices.

Born on 19th October 1981, a true Libran Mr. Bhagat is known for his friendliest,
warmest, gentlest personality and hunger for knowledge. He says real estate means
livelihood. His first and finest commercial project - Intellicity is most cherished one.
He shares his secret that if he hasn't become a developer he would have been a
CHEF.
