Project-1: Concept to Detail design of Gear Box (Sequencial Transaxle -7 & 8)
To design a front mounted Dry & Wet clutch plate gear box.
This project include ratio calculation, pair selection of gears, Concept layout
creation of assembly, Reference casings layout & convert to these casings in to
Manufacturable casting casing & PDC casings of both gear boxes.
Project-2: Concept to Detail design of Gear Box For CNG Engine.
(Sequencial Transaxle-5) (Proto ready)
Wet plate clutch type
This project include concept and layout creation for gearbox assembly, During
these projects my responsibility was to make 3-D Models of parts of ape 501, And modify
Lynx & First Project Parts, Assemble it . Creation of concept of layout for compact
design of Gear box. A Concept casing i.e. casing layout.
Creation of manufacturing casting as well as machining models of casing with the
help of skeleton, Manufacturing detailing of Casting & Machining casings with GD & T as
per standards.
Project-3: Conversion of DI to IDI of 900 cc Engine cylinder head (Proto ready)
Conversion of DI to IDI of 870 cc Engine cylinder head (Proto ready)
Modification in cylinder head of Existing DI (900 & 870 cc) engine by varying the
position of Injector, By adding Pre-combution chamber, Glow plug position. Creation of
sand core model for cylinder head with the help of Skeleton for both engines. Detailing of
above cylinder head.
Project-4: Concept to Detail design of Gear Box (Sequencial Transaxle-2) (Proto ready)
Dry plate clutch type
This Project include concept to detail design of all parts of gear box. Design of
clutch side casting casing, Design of main casting casing & Machining of both casings
with the help of Top down Approach. Detailing of casting & machining casings.
Project-5: Power train packaging – 7 Projects.
Assemble Power Train (Engine + Gear Box) with related vehicle. Checking of
bracket position and fauling with other parts of vehicle with CG consideration. Design of
all forging & fabricated brackets for proto.
Project-6: Concept to Detail design of Gear Box (Sequencial transaxle-1) (Proto ready)
Dry plate clutch type With Chain & Sprocket mechanism for reverse drive.
This project include concept and layout creation for gearbox assembly by Top-
Down approach.
Design of Main casing, clutch side casing & rear cover casting & machining
components, Also adaptor plate is designed to suit the same gearbox with different
engines. Checking for fouling of the layout with other system. Drawing generation as per
IS standards.
Checking interferences & clearances in the components. Stack Analysis.
.Project-7: Fully Reverse Engineering Base Project
During this projects my responsibility was to make 3-D Models of all parts of
Vikram750 & 450, Bajaj 175, Ape-501(ALPHA – M & M) etc. gear box on base of
Reverse Engg. Top-down concept Assembly & Detailing of Parts. Aplication of GD & T.
Reference casing of all above gear box.
Project-8: Design of front mounting bracket for Cheetah engine.
The project aim at design of front mount bracket to mount the engine on cross
member of vehicle. Bracket designed as a forged component. Checking the feasibility of
component as per assembly sequence. Drawing generation for prototype.
Project-9: Legacy Data conversion project. All Engine components.
This project includes creation of 3D Models of various engine parts (Casting &
Machining) from given 2D drawings & detailing of that parts as per IS standards. Such
parts are Cylinder head, Connecting rod, Piston, Flywheel, Crankshaft etc.

This project includes creation of 3D Models of all parts of above Refrigerators, Its
assembly and Exploded Views. Detailing of assembly view and adjust it into Auto Cad for
manual purpose.

Design of no. of concepts of stabiliser outer body. Fitment & adjustment of all
inner parts.
