Cheque Book Supplier Interface:
OFS.PUBLISH works like a standard database trigger and will allow for any updates to the
CHEQUE.ISSUE file to be trapped and an outgoing message produced for the interface.
The Issue Status Change Agent makes the necessary changes to the status field on the
CHEQUE.ISSUE records based on a message in the Issue Change Status directory. This change
will be made using a standard OFS message. The message in the Issue Change directory will be
deleted once the OFS message for the status change has been completed.
Ficus/KL Interface:
OFS.PUBLISH works like a standard database trigger and will allow for any updates to the
Customer file to be trapped and an outgoing message produced for the interface.
PB.FICUS.KL.CONTROL table in T24 will contain summary details and control information of
the customers that have been uploaded to Ficus/KL. It will contain a record for each customer
already uploaded or about to be uploaded to Ficus/KL. It is required in order to handle the
following situations:
o Whenever a new customer is created in T24 that customer may have additional changes
made during the first day he/she is set up. This will mean that several request records
may exist for a given customer this need to be controlled so that we just send 1 single
update to Ficus/KL.
o The initial upload of customer data which may already have existed for some time. In this
case the records need to be INSERTED rather than UPDATED.

Development Officers Target Reports
Ability to produce performance analysis reports by Officers e.g. Mortgage Development Officers
Quarterly Target Reports.For reporting purposes, the system should be able to generate reports
(fields specified) giving information by the individual mortgage officer and then total by branch.
The above requirement requests a Report on Performance analysis on loans disbursed through
Mortgages by Account Officer and Branch, to be produced from T24 on a Monthly, Quarterly &
Yearly frequency. The inputs in T24 for this requirement are
a. All new Mortgage Contracts by Account Officer and Branch (Company in a Multi Book
environment) for the period specified
b. Mortgage details such as Loan Amount, account officer and Branch
Enquiry for Mortgage Payment Details
An enquiry is needed which will show the true outstanding balance of the loan and the actual
amounts and dates of any payments including principal, interest, fees, and Additional Payment
amounts. Amount in PD cannot be shown as paid. The date paid from PD is the actual paid date.
This must be available for Mortgages which have matured/been paid off and moved to history as
well as active Mortgages.
The above requirement requests an Enquiry to be produced from T24 which has the details of all
payments made by a customer on
a. Mortgage Contracts
b. Payments made on Fees and charges at the Initiation of the Mortgage
c. Payments made on Principal repayments, Interest repayments and any additional
payments such as Insurance etc. as defined in T24
d. Payment of Overdue amounts on mortgages
Advises Creation for Mortgages during Close of Business
Ability to create a Notice, which will provide the customer with the amount of Interest to be paid
on the mortgage. These Advices should be created for all Mortgages during COB.
For every Mortgage an Advice will be created during the COB that will contain the amount of
Interest to be paid during the Current Calendar Year. These advices include the current Mortgage
Balance, Interest rate, Customer name and Address and Collateral information.These advices
will be generated during the COB when there is a change in the Interest Rate of the Existing
Mortgage Contract.

Dispo.Officer & Override Setup
This can be used effectively for monitoring accounts (processing of transactions by nature or
amount) by assigning overrides for processing by different officials designated like Officer,
Sr.Officer, Executive, Manager, Chief Manager, and General Manager etc. It can also be that
operations in inactive accounts would bear overrides routed through DISPO OFFICER .

Tables, parameterization, setting up of General Ledger (GL), which involves defining Head,
Column and Lines and also mapping of lines with respect to various accounting entries generated
by transactions.
Involved in the development of new reports using CRF and No file enquires for the internal
auditing purposes like weekly, monthly, quarterly, bi- annually and annually. Also developed
number of reports for Central Bank (SAMA) as per the banks requirements as mentioned below:
