1. Frontend
a. FrontPage
i. Icon & Entry for Records in Spain ( with tracking)
ii. Add New Selection on the front of the website.
Select Country: Germany, France, Spain, Belgium,
Netherlands, then drop menu
iii. Top Menu, add 2 new options
iv. General- Remove an existing option
c. Section1(Listing):
i. Add a New List for Spain’s records – different background to
one that exists
ii. On Each RECORD page, also displays its Events and News
articles for that record (currently this is dynamically done)
iii. Description in English (right, bold text)
Description in Spanish (left, italics, not-bold)
iv. TRACKING – every RECORD page viewed is tracked.
d. News
i. Icons for 2 Columns by Mike O’Neill & Niamh Madden
ii. Business Category added
iii. Can search News by keyword
iv. Can search News by Pub
2. Backend
a. Access – currently there is just admin access to the backend.
b. Add access:
i. Login access for authorised News writers
1. With access to add New News items by that user, and to
edit their own news articles.
ii. Login access for sales personnel
1. access to add/edit events
2. access to add/edit news
3. access to add/edit records
4. access to newsletter creation / edit
iii. Login access for Event adder
1. access to add/edit events
c. Pub list – searchable by country, name and city
d. Events, searchable by date entered, date starting, and country
e. News searchable by title keywords, new category - business.
f. New section for formatting Country pages
3. Database Changes
a. We have events table, and Pubs Table – It needs to be able to select an
event in a pub.
b. Other Database field changes to allow for the new changes and
additions above.
