Brief Description of the project:
The objective of the application is complete business requirements of hotel systems in an integrated manner.
Galaxy system architecture is designed for three tier architecture. It is a client server application, the client can
be either a browser or a kiosk. The scope of this project is to develop different module like Reservations, Guest
History, Check-In, Groups and wholesales, Night audit, cashiering etc.

Brief description of the project:
The Q-Task project is the design and development of a web-based application which will be a Galaxy
replacement for the Qualifying Center personnel. Its goals are to streamline the lead qualification process,
reduce training time, enforce a consistent set of operational goals, and provide detailed reporting. The
qualifying center reps (QCRs) perform over 80,000 attempts to contact per day, and the number is expected to
grow. To do their job, QCRs are required to manage various applications including the Galaxy Swing client, an
excel-based hunt group determination matrix, and various external resources.
