Desarrollo de la matriz de masa concentrada
Como hipótesis de nuestro modelo matemático vamos a asumir que los grados de libertad rotacionales no aportan inercia a la dinámica del sistema.
Esta hipótesis se realiza basandonos en que:
1) La inercia rotacional de las masas concentradas en los nodos de los elementos es pequeña en relación a la inercia traslacional (vertical, debido a la deflexión de la viga), y
2) Los ángulos de giro son pequeños
