Public transportation plays an important role for the Filipinos. Despite of the convenience
of having a personal vehicle, many cannot afford its expensive price, much more its long-term
maintenance costs. Even the rich consider the public transport as a matter of necessity.
However, commuting has also its downturns. From traffic ams to overcrowded terminals, fares
may not only be the relevant cost, but also the unutili!ed time as well. "ime is a luxurious thing,
especially for the people in the metro. #ost schools and wor$ establishments are located in
#etro #anila, and commuters during rush hours are mainly composed of students and
employees who hastily travel to their destinations. %ecause travelling eats a lot of time, these
people who have busy lifestyles do not ma$e meal times enough of a priority. "hey tend to eat
unhealthily or worse, do not eat at all.
E&"a$bo is a bus transit service that offers food products to let the customers enoy
scrumptious food while being on the road. 'hat ma$es E&"a$bo different is its emphasis on
convenience. %uses will not be congested since only a specific number of passengers will be
allowed. (t is also specially designed for comfort - having cushioned seats, foldable tables
customi!ed for eating, and a co!y aura of its interiors. &s the passengers ta$e their seats, a
menu will be given. "he menu offers )ight snac$s and beverages are also included. (ts target
mar$et is the general public, giving focus on students and wor$ers, whose destinations are
along the route of the bus. "he route is Fairview-&labang, which will pass along *ommonwealth
&venue, East &venue, ED+& &venue, &yala, %uendia and +outh +uper Highway. (ts purpose is
to provide the masses with convenient but affordable transportation that would also enable them
to spend their travelling time enoying a delightful snac$ or a decent meal without wasting any
idle time.
"he company will be a partnership of ten ,-./ capital partners, with one capital partner
who will be the food supplier from his existing food business. "he preliminary capital will be a
total of seven million pesos ,Php 0,...,....../ with two buses as a source of revenue. "he
main office will be located in Fairview and a par$ing space will be rented for the buses.
