Despite of the convenience of having a personal vehicle, many cannot afford its expensive price, much more its long-term maintenance costs. Even the rich consider the public transport as a matter of necessity. However, commuting has also its downturns. From traffic ams to overcrowded terminals, fares may not only be the relevant cost, but also the unutili!ed time as well. "ime is a luxurious thing, especially for the people in the metro. #ost schools and wor$ establishments are located in #etro #anila, and commuters during rush hours are mainly composed of students and employees who hastily travel to their destinations. %ecause travelling eats a lot of time, these people who have busy lifestyles do not ma$e meal times enough of a priority. (ts purpose is to provide the masses with convenient but affordable transportation that would also enable them to spend their travelling time enoying a delightful snac$ or a decent meal without wasting any idle time.
