1. About the University
The Central University of Orissa was constituted under the Central Universities Act 2009, by the
Act of Parliament (No.3C of 2009) of India and came into existence in 2009. It is one of the 15 new
Central Universities established by Government of India during the UGC XI Plan period to
address the concerns of the Nation in the principles of "equity and access" to quality higher
education.
The University shall endeavour to promote quality education for all and 'disseminate inclusive
education' to reach the un-reached. It advocates the symbiosis of the indigenous and the global
scene, create a niche of its own so as to promote the principles of national unity and integrity,
social justice, secularism, democratic values, cultural pluralism, international understanding and
scientific approach to the problems of the society.
Towards the above, the University shall,
1. Foster the diversified society and culture of India and establish such departments or institutions
along with need based disciplines of study as may be required for the overall societal
development.
2. Endeavour to facilitate students and teachers from all over India and abroad to join the
University and participate in its academic programmes.
3. Promote and facilitate students and teachers in understanding the social needs of the country
and prepare them for fulfilling such needs.
4. Make provision for integrated courses in Humanities, Science and Technology, Computer and
Information Technology, Legal Studies, Biodiversity and Medical Sciences related educational
programmes of the University.
5. Establish such departments or institutions as may be necessary for the study of languages and
literature, culture and life of the people, bio-diversity in the region, with a view to inculcate
in the students broader perspectives of national and international understanding about the
neglected areas of the study.
6. Take appropriate steps for promoting inter-disciplinary studies in the University.
In the light of the above, the approach of the University has been to evolve policies and
programmes which will create for Central University of Orissa a niche of its own.
On matter pertaining to students' enrolment, the University has been endeavouring to take
students from all parts of the country so that it will symbolize and stand as a national university.
University also encourages the enrolment of students from outside India, especially from the
developing countries in adequate number.
The basic academic units of the University have come up with multi-disciplinary schools made
up with different Centres. A School has been visualized as a group of enrolled scholars along with
faculty concerned in the dissemination of knowledge, employing the required methodology for
understanding problem areas of the subject-matter. A Centre has been defined as a community of
scholars irrespective of disciplines engaged in clearly identified inter-disciplinary programmes of
research, teaching and learning.

The CUO being a Central University, the medium of instruction for all programmes of study
(barring Languages) is English. However, in order to facilitate students coming from varying
backgrounds (vernacular school of languages) with medium of instruction other than English at
their Bachelor's/Master's level, the University has inbuilt communication skill development
programmes for remedial courses in English Language in order to enable them to strengthen their
foundation in English language and to cope up with their academic and research programmes
adequately.

Mission of the University
Central University of Orissa (CUO) holds as its central purpose the intellectual and personal
development of its students. Rooted in the reality of community life, and situated in the lush
valleys of the Koraput region, Central University of Orissa aspires to bring in outstanding faculty of
accomplished teachers to Orissa who has research and creative activity related advance knowledge
across many disciplines.

the excellence of its faculty and the balance they strike between teaching and scholarship;
students' engagement in scholarship, leadership, and economically relevant education;

2. Academic Programmes
The University offers two years full time Master Degree Courses in the following Centres except
mathematics (which is a five year Integrated programme offering Master Degree) and one-year
B.Ed. (Teacher Education).The University also offers M.Phil/ Ph.D. Degree in five subjects. Presently,

3. Admission Policy

The admission policy of the University is governed by the following principles:

To ensure admission of students based on their performance in the Entrance Examination
conducted by the University identifying their academic competence and potentialities of high
quality so that its alumni may be able to play their role in the process of nation building and
social reconstruction in a meaningful manner;
To maintain national character and modern features of the University by taking into account a
fair representation of students from different regions of the country especially the rural and
scheduled areas.
To ensure that adequate number of students from the under-privileged and differently abled
section of our society are admitted to the University;
Note: No candidate shall be eligible to register himself/herself for a fulltime programme of
study if he/she is already registered for any fulltime programme of study in this University or
any other University/Institution.
1. Admission Notice:
There shall be announcement for admission to various programmes of study that will be published
in national and regional newspapers and the University website (www.cuo.ac.in).
1.1. Procurement of Forms
Application forms along with prospectus can be obtained at University counter of CUO on
submitting the challan at Koraput or downloaded from the University website www.cuo.ac.in .
The requisite fees for procurement of forms is Rs. 500/- for General/OBC and Rs. 300/- for
SC/ST candidates. An additional fee of Rs. 200/- per subject for General/OBC and Rs. 100/
- for SC/ST is required to be paid, if candidates wish to apply for more than one subject. The
candidates may also apply online on the same website. However, the candidates applying
online are also required to send a hard copy of the application form by Speed post/by hand to
the Registrar, Central University of Orissa, Landiguda, Koraput- 764020, Odisha. The
application form must reach the Central University of Orissa on or before 10th June, 2014
(Any postal delay will not be entertained). The candidates are required to send the amount
through a challan (on Powerjyoti account of the University) at any SBI Branch (A/C No.
33105489656; IFSC Code: SBIN0000121, BRANCH: Koraput). Challan must be issued after
the date of advertisement and before the closing date of selling of forms.
Note: The envelope (size 9"x 4") containing application form with all other relevant documents
should be mentioned with the following "ENTRANCE EXAMINATION CUO 2014 with subject
Names and Codes, Category, Examination Centre" on the envelope.

2. Entrance Examination:
There shall be an entrance examination suitably and preferably in different Centres in Odisha
and outside Odisha for admission to various programmes of study on the dates determined each
year by the Admission Committee constituted by the University. The University may reserve the
rights to change/cancel any Centre of Examination as and when required without assigning any
reason. However, the final decision to hold the Entrance Examination for P.G. Programmes will be
decided by the Examination Committee depending on the number of applications received for
individual subjects. The time table for entrance examination will also be available in the university
website. The changes in the dates/programmes, if any, shall also be notified in the University
website from time to time.

* Candidates applying for more than one subject should take a note that if their choice of
subject coincides with the Entrance Examination timing, then he/she has to opt for any
one.
** M.Phil/Ph.D is for the subjects namely Anthropology, Biodiversity, J&MC, Oriya and
Sociology.
In case of the P.G. Programmes where Entrance Test may not be conducted after scrutiny
of application forms, the final decision for selection of the candidates will be taken on
the basis of their merit in the qualifying examination.
2.1 Entrance Test/Pattern of Examination
The entrance examination will have two hours duration having 50 Multiple Choice Questions.
There will be no negative marking for wrong answer. The decision on admission in connection
with entrance examination and admission advertisement, prospectus, application form, preparation
of questions, prices of the prospectus and application form, selection of the entrance examination
centre, date of the entrance examination and any other matter associated with entrance examination
will be finalised by the Admission Committee.
For M.A in J&MC, there will be a separate 30 marks viva-voce examination after the written
test. Even if there will be no written test, viva-voce test is compulsory. The date of the viva voce
test will be notified in due time.

For Research Programmes (M.Phil and Ph.D) there will a separate 50 marks viva-voce examination
after the written test. Candidates will be called for viva-voce examination in 1:3 ratio on the
basis of their performance in the Entrance Examination. The Cut-off mark for the final selection
in viva-voce will be decided by the respective Centres. Candidates who have already qualified
for CSIR/UGC JRF, CSIR/UGC NET, SLET/SET, GATE, ICAR/ICMR etc. are exempted from written
test of the Entrance Examination. The candidates with M.Phil degree are also exempted from
appearing the written test.
However, the National Reservation Policy will be strictly followed for filling up of the available
seats.
The students shall be enrolled based on the following major criteria:

* For B. Ed. 60% questions will be from General Aptitude and 20% questions from Teaching
Aptitude (Section A) and 20% questions from subject (Section B) i.e. Science, Mathematics,
Social Sciences and English. Candidates are required to choose one subject from Section B.
** For 5 years Integrated M.Sc in Mathematics, 20% questions will be from General Aptitude, 10%
questions from Physics and 70% questions from subject.
2.2. Selection of Candidates:
(a) Preference would be given to meritorious candidates in the selection procedure. Bonus points
of 5 marks will be awarded only to candidates having the following criteria (mentioned as
"others" in point No. 18 "CATEGORY" in the application form):
a. Widows/Wards of defence personnel killed in action;
b. Wards of serving personnel and ex-serviceman disabled in action;
c. Widows/Wards of defence personnel who died in peace time with death attributable to
military service;
d. Wards of defence personnel disabled in peace time with disability attributable to military
service; and
e. Candidates who have passed their qualifying examination from scheduled areas
(b) Merit lists will be prepared after adding Bonus points for candidates belonging to the General
Category, OBC Category, Scheduled Caste Category, Scheduled Tribe Category and also in
respect of foreign nationals wherever applicable for each programme of study.
(c) The following criteria shall be followed, in sequence to resolve ties, where candidates secured
the equal marks in the written test of the entrance examination:
First Criteria : The candidate with higher ratio of positive attempts to negative attempts
will be given a higher rank.

Second Criteria : Marks obtained by the candidates in the qualifying degree. If the final
result is not published the marks up to second year (Bachelor's degree) will
be taken into consideration. For the B.Ed. candidates qualifying degree
means only the undergraduate degree (Bachelor's degree). For Integrated
Mathematics Programme the subject marks in the entrance examination
will be considered.
Third Criteria : Marks obtained in the examination immediately preceding the qualifying
degree examination.
Fourth Criteria : Marks obtained in the next lower public examination.
(d) The final selection of candidates for admission to various programmes of study will be made on
the basis of merit of candidates in their respective categories based on their performance in the
written examination after incorporating the Bonus Points, wherever applicable.
(e) In case, the seats remain vacant, Admission Committee may take decision for further necessary
action.
(f) In case of the selected candidates who have given their acceptance along with the Challan of
the required amount and have appeared in the qualifying examination before the scheduled date
but fails to join the programme by the scheduled date only on account of their results being
declared by the previous Board/University/Institution after the deadline of scheduled date, may,
in case, if they so desire, apply in writing to the Registrar requesting for deferred admission within
15 days. However, University reserves the right to take decision in this matter.
Note: Certificate from competent authority should be produced for availing bonus points along
with the application form.
Apart from the above mentioned criteria, decision of the University authority is final.
2.3. Reservation of seats:
As per the Ministry of HRD and UGC norms, the reservation of seats for the various programmes
of the University are as follows; 15% of seats for SCs, 7.5% of seats for STs, 27% reservation for
OBCs (non-creamy layer). Non availability of OBC (non-creamy layer) candidates will be converted
into general seats. The 3% of seats will be reserved horizontally for PWD from the respective
given category only. As per the decision of the Supreme Court by any means reservation should
not exceed more than 50 %.
All SC/ST candidates are required to submit certificate in respect of their claims from the
authorized officers as notified by the Government of India for the purpose from time to time.
The PWD candidates are required to submit a valid certificate issued by the authorized Medical
Doctors/Hospitals/competent authority (not below the rank of CDMO) indicating the extent of
disability. The Medical Certificate is duly verified by the University before the benefit is extended
to the candidate. The disability of the candidates will also be verified by the University by a
Medical Board if required.

3. Provisional admission:
3.1. The candidates who have qualified the entrance examination but fails to join the University
on the date of admission may be given provisional admission in absentia with due
permission from the Registrar/ Chairman, Entrance Examination Committee in the
prescribed form requesting for provisional admission. However, for Result Awaited
(RA) Category, the last date for submission of Graduation mark sheet is 15th July, 2014.
3.2. Candidates enjoying employed status and selected for admission shall be required to
produce No Objection Certificate from the employing authority for the entire course
period at the time of registration.
3.3. No further request for admission will be entertained once the date of admission is over.
However, the final decision on admission of a selected candidate who fails to report for
joining on prescribed date and if seats remain vacant in the concerned subject and
concerned programme of the study, the competent authority of the University may take
decision regarding his/her admission.
4. Eligibility:
(a) M.A. in Oriya: A Graduate with Oriya (Hons.) or Oriya as a subject at graduation level with
minimum 45% marks in the respective subject and aggregate from a recognized University /
Institute. (5% relaxation will be given to SC/ST candidates)
(b) M.A. in English: A Graduate with English (Hons.) or English as a subject at graduation level
with minimum 45% marks in the respective subject and aggregate from a recognized University
/Institute. (5% relaxation will be given to SC/ST candidates)
(c) M.A in Sociology: Any Graduate with minimum 45% marks in aggregate from a recognized
University /Institute. (5% relaxation will be given to SC/ST candidates)
(d) M.A./M.Sc. in Anthropology: Any Graduate with Biological Sciences or Anthropology at 10+2
level or Anthropology as a subject at graduation level with minimum 45% marks in aggregate
from a recognized University/ Institute. (5% relaxation will be given to SC/ST candidates)
(e) M.A. in Journalism & Mass Communication: Any Graduate with minimum 50% marks in
aggregate from a recognized University /Institute. (5% relaxation will be given to SC/ST
candidates)
(f) 5 year-Integrated M.Sc. in Mathematics: Any student who have passed 10+2 examination
from a recognized board in Science with Mathematics and Physics as a subject with minimum
60% in aggregate and 60% in the Mathematics. (5% relaxation will be given to SC/ST candidates).
Those who have passed graduation degree are not eligible for joining in this programme.
(g) M.Sc. in Biodiversity & Conservation of Natural Resources: A Graduate with Honours/Major
or Pass/Minor subject in branches like Botany, Zoology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Biophysics,
Bioinformatics, Microbiology, Environmental Science, Marine Biology, Molecular Biology and
Genetics at graduation level with minimum 50% marks in aggregate as well as in respective
subject from a recognized University/Institute. (5% relaxation will be given to SC/ST candidates)
(h) M.A. in Economics: A Graduate with Economics (Honours/Major) or Economics as a Pass/
Minor/Elective subject at graduation level with minimum 50% marks in aggregate and the
respective subject from a recognized University /Institute. (5% relaxation will be given to
SC/ST candidates)

(i) B.Ed.: Any Graduate/Post Graduate (Science/Arts) with minimum 50% marks in aggregate
from a recognized University/Institute. (5% relaxation will be given to SC/ST candidates)
(j) M.Phil in Anthropology/Biodiversity/ J&MC/ Oriya/ Sociology: Any candidate with 55% marks
in Post-Graduation in the respective subjects from a recognized University /Institute. For
Biodiversity, the subject criteria will be same as mentioned in the masters programme.
(k) Ph.D in Anthropology/ Biodiversity/ J&MC/Oriya/ Sociology: Any candidate with 55% marks
in Post-Graduation in the respective subjects from a recognized University /Institute. For
Biodiversity, the subject criteria will be same as mentioned in the masters programme.
N.B: i) Graduation degree will be the qualifying degree for all the Post Graduate courses. Post
graduate bachelor's degrees like LL.B or equivalent post graduate bachelor's degree will
not be regarded as qualifying degree for undertaking master's programme.
ii) A candidate can not pursue a Post Graduate Programme (except B.Ed.) if he/she has
already completed a post graduate programme from Central University of Orissa during any
acdemic session.

4. Mode of Examination
Gradation and Evaluation:
1. The system of evaluation for each course shall be laid down by the Examination Section
approved by the competent authority with the recommendations of the concerned Centre/
Departments.
2. The pattern and schedule of session work for each course of a semester shall be prescribed by
the Board of the School, on the recommendation of the Department concerned, and shall be
made known to the students at the commencement of each semester.
3. The students shall be graded in each course on a 10 point scale, that is:

Minimum Requirement
A student will be required to maintain a minimum CGPA of 4.0 (in all courses) at the end of the
second semester and thereafter. In case a candidate fails to acquire the minimum requirement
CGPA of 4.0, he/she has to repeat the semester for which he/she will be given 2 chances only
(before the completion of the course).
Descriptions about Semester Examinations
As per the transaction of knowledge, for the better method to test the student performance,
the entire syllabus of a subject is divided into 5 papers of 5 sub-units as per UGC norms. On the
basis of continuous and comprehensive evaluation the prescribed credits may be evaluated.
Who Can Appear in the End Semester Examination ?
1. 75 % of attendance will be taken into consideration for allowing candidates to appear in the
End Semester Examination. If a student attains 60-75% attendance, he has to submit a Medical
Certificate from a Medical Officer of a Govt. recognized hospital. If a student has less than
60% attendance, he/she will not be allowed to appear in the examination.
2. Clearance of fees/dues before End Semester Examination.
3. If a student fails to comply the academic standards (CGPA of 4) in the previous examinations
and do not get clearance from the concerned Centers/Departments, he/she will not be allowed
to sit in the End Semester Examination.

4. If a candidate clears minimum three papers in a semester, then he/she will be allowed to
promote into the next semester.
5. In special case, if a candidate secure requisite percentage of attendance but unable to appear
the End Semester Examination, he/she may be promoted into the next semester with the
submission of appropriate proof/ testimonial and approval from the university competent
authority.
Semester Result declaration
Examination Section will prepare the Grade sheets of the students and take necessary approval
from the competent authority and declare/ publish the results. A copy of the final result may
be sent to the respective Departments/Centres for the purpose of official uses. The result may
also appear in the University web page www.cuo.ac.in. The topper(s) of each Centre/
Department shall be awarded with a Gold Medal (in case of students, who have not repeated
any semester examination throughout the tenure of the course). The degrees in every subject
may be conferred upon the student in the Annual Convocation. The date of Convocation may
vary from time to time as decided by the University.

5. Academic & Students Services

A) LIBRARY SERVICES

A Central Library is established within the University premises for facilitating the academic
activities of the students and faculty. The Assistant Librarian is taking care of the library services.
University has initiated to establish one of the most modern and well equipped Libraries. University
has its agenda to create modest reading halls and establish Cyber Library with computer facility. At
present it has about 16775 numbers of books for Nine disciplines i.e. Oriya, English, Anthropology,
Sociology, Journalism and Mass Communication, Economics, Mathematics, Biodiversity and Teacher
Education. The Central Library is subscribing 82 print Journals & Magazines and 8000+ e-Journals
through UGC Infonet Digital Library Consortium Programme which is being provided by INFLIBNET
Centre, Ahmedabad. It is also providing access to JSTOR and other e-journals. Membership and
issue-return services are introduced. The Central Library is also subscribing 17 Newspapers.

B) FELLOWSHIPS/SCHOLARSHIPS

Taking into account the needs of the students, university has initiated the process of fellowship/
scholarships for the students of Post Graduate/M.Phil/Ph.D. Various scholarships and fellowships
has been instituted as per the provision of the UGC, Central Government and State Government.

C) FACILITY FOR FIELDWORKS

The University facilitates (subject to the availability of funds) fieldwork for students as the
part of their practical course curriculum. The area to be visited by the scholars and the duration of
field visit is determined by the Department-in-Charge/HoD subject to the approval of the concerned
authority.

D) VIDEO CONFERENCING STUDIO

Central University of Orissa at Koraput is now connected with entire world through our state-
of-the-art Video-Conferencing Studio.

E) COMPUTER CENTRE

The University has made arrangements for Internet connectivity through BSNL Broad-band
services. About 30 terminals/portals are put into service for the students and teachers.

F) SKILL ENHANCEMENT PROGRAMME

University has signed MoU with the British Council of India for improving English knowledge
proficiency and communication skill among its students. Expert teachers/instructors are coming to
Central University of Orissa at Koraput and holding regular classes for the skill upgradation of our
students. An MoU with Universidade de Santiago de Compostela, Spain has been signed to enhance
mobility programme for our University students under EUPHRATES programme for undertaking higher
education (P.G & Research) in European countries.

G) UNIVERSITY BUS SERVICES

The students can avail Bus facility from University Hostel on monthly payment basis as decided
by the University.

H) HOSTEL FACILITY

8. Instructions For Filling up of Application Form
a) Please read the Important Notes/Check List given in last page of the Prospectus before and
after filling-up the Application Form.
b) Please fill the form in your own handwriting.
c) Please note down your Application Form Number for future correspondence or retain a photocopy

d) The Application Form is to be filled in by the candidate IN BLACK INK ONLY giving complete
information using capital letters as far as possible.
e) First, write in black ink (using capital letters) the required information in the boxes (wherever
provided). Then darken the appropriate circle corresponding to the letter/numeral underneath
each box. What you write in these boxes is only for your guidance and verification that you are

9. Programme of Study: Darken the appropriate bubble corresponding to the programme of
study for which you will be taking the Entrance Examination (Darken only one bubble).
10. Choice of Subject: You can opt for appearing in the entrance examination up to a maximum
of three subjects out of two schools of your choice to be indicated in the same application
form in order of preference for admission from among those listed under the programmes of
study offered by various Schools/Departments. If you intend to apply for more than one
subject in the same level of programmes but up to three, you need not fill separate application
form. If you submit more than one application form for same level of programmes, all your

12. Details of Bank Challan/Online payment enclosed towards Entrance Examination/Processing
Fee: Write numerals to indicate Transaction Number, Date of Transaction and amount of the
Entrance Examination Fee. The amount towards entrance examination fee is to be paid as

If you are applying for more than one subjects of the same level of programme, you are
required to pay the examination fees for each field of study as per rates indicated in the page

should strike off the examinations which are not relevant and should indicate the name of the
relevant examination i. e. High School, Higher Secondary, Senior School Certificate (10+2),
Intermediate or equivalent, B.A. (Hons.), B.A.(Pass),B.Sc. (Hons.), B.Sc. (Pass), B.Com. (Pass),
B.Com (Hons.), B.Tech., B.E., M.B.B.S., M.A. , M.Sc. or MCA, Allied subjects, etc., as the case
may be. If you are appearing for final year examination you should fill in all the columns
except percentage of marks column wherein you should write "appearing". Please do not
forget to write subjects studied in qualifying examination in the column provided for
verification of your eligibility.
In case the University/Institution from where you have passed the examination follows letter
grading system/CGPA, you are required to indicate the equivalent percentage in the space
provided in the application form for the purpose of determining the eligibility.
16. Present Employment Record: You are required to indicate under Column 19 of the Application
Form the details of your present employment, if any. (The candidates, enjoying employed
status and selected for admission to any of the programmes in the University, are required
to produce No Objection Certificate from their employer at the time of registration/
admission for the duration of the programme permitting them to pursue their studies at
the University, failing which they will not be granted admission.)
17. Name and address of Parents/Guardian: Write the name and address of your Parent/ guardian
and complete address.
18. Mention Yes or No against claiming of bonus points (See section 2.2)
Photograph: Please write your name and application form number on the backside of a recent
good quality colour passport photograph (taken not earlier than 6 months) and paste (do not staple)

Signature: Put your usual signature in black ink within the box provided. Your signature must not
overflow or touch the border of the box provided. Your signature establishes your identity. Hence,
do not merely write your name in capital letters. This may lead to rejection of your application.

Telephone/FAX No./E-mail etc: The candidate is also advised to give his/her telephone/mobile

1. Bank Challan (Put the Bank Challan in the 9" X 4" size envelope supplied with the
Application Form).
2. Application Form (Refold the application form where it was originally folded)
3. Acknowledgment Card duly filled in and affixed with postage stamp of Rs.6/-.
Application Forms can be submitted by Registered Post/ Speed Post to Registrar, Central
University of Orissa, Landiguda, Koraput-764020. The application forms must reach the CUO
on or before 10th June, 2014. CUO will not accept responsibility for any postal delay or
irregularity or loss in postal transit.
Important Notes:
- No candidate admitted to a full-time programme of study in the University shall accept
or hold any employment or otherwise or shall be full time student of any other Institution/
University during the course of his/her study at the University except those specifically
permitted by the University in accordance with rules.
- If any information furnished by the candidate in the application form is found to be false, his/
her admission, if granted on the basis of such information will be cancelled, ipso facto.
- Incomplete application forms will be summararily rejected without any reference to the
candidates. The candidates are, therefore, advised to carefully complete all the relevant
columns of the application form as per instructions.
- Application Forms received after the closing date shall not be entertained. However,
where marginal delay in submission of completed form occurs due to pressing reasons, or
for circumstances beyond the candidate's control, such of the application forms shall be
considered on the merit of each individual case with justification given by the candidate
along with the form in support of his/her claim for its late submission.
- University shall not accept responsibility for any postal delay or irregularity or loss in

Applicants who do not fulfill the minimum requirement as prescribed in the prospectus need
not apply. Before submitting/posting the completed application forms please go through the
following:
THE APPLICATION FORM SHOULD BE FILLED UP IN BLACK BALL POINT PEN ONLY.
Please send the bank challan along with application form. Without Bank
challan an application would be rejected.
Note down your Application Form Number for future correspondence or
retain a photocopy of the filled in Application Form.
Check whether you have filled in all the items in the Application Form.
Check whether you have affixed recent passport size colour passport
photograph (taken within 6 months) in the Application Form. Attach one
extra photograph along with the application form for entrance examination
admit card.
Check whether you fulfill the eligibility requirements as prescribed by
the University for the Particular Programme of the study you are applying
for.
Please note that permission to appear in the entrance examination is
subject to your fulfilling minimum eligibility requirements prescribed for

Affix Indian Postal Stamp of Rs.6/- in the Acknowledgement Card.
Place the Application Form, self-addressed envelope with postal stamp
of Rs. 6/- and the Acknowledgement Card in the Inner Cover.
You have to enclose the Payment details/ challan of the required amount
