ABSTRACT:


Problems are common for every one; to rectify them they should notify those
problems to their higher authorities. We are finding so many complaint boxes in certain
organizations to notify these complaints to their higher authorities. In this present scenario, we
are implementing an Electronic complaint audio recording system for complaint recording,
Later Administrator need to play back that recorded audio file for rectifications of available
problems.

In this project we are using APR9600 audio recording kit which is controlled
by PIC 16F877A for the total operation of audio recording, playing and stopping. Initially there
are control switches available for mode selection to the PIC Microcontroller, then it will
operate the APR9600 accordingly and the status is displayed on the LCD for user
identification.


This project uses regulated 5V, 500mA power supply. 7805 three terminal voltage
regulator is used for voltage regulation. Bridge type full wave rectifier is used to rectify the ac
out put of secondary of 230/12V step down transformer.
