NOTE:-
 Freight, sea transport and insurance including marine insurance will be extra at actual to your
account.
 The prices quoted for transformers do not include sea worthy packing charges and the same will be
packed as per our standard practice suitable for containerization.
 The accessories mentioned in our offer will be of reputed makes available in India and none will be
of qualitrol type.
 We have quoted for FOB, CHENNAI only.
 The above quoted price is subject to IEEMA Price Variation clause applicable for exports without
any ceiling with base date 01.10.2009.
Delivery (Ex-Works):-
Our delivery will be 4 (Four) months from the date of final drawing along with unconditional manufacturing
clearance at our end The drawings will be submitted within 3 weeks from the date of receipt of your
techno-commercial clear Purchase Order along with advance payment. Please note that the above
delivery is given in good faith and is not guaranteed under any penalty. The above delivery is subject Force
Majeure conditions.

Payment Terms:-
35% value of the order as advance and balance payment has to be made by way of Letter of Credit at sight
drawn in our favour negotiable against shipping documents L/C shall be opened with in one week of
approval of drawings. L/C opening charges, bank interest, etc. will be to your account.

Guarantee:-
Our equipment offered is guaranteed for satisfactory operation for a period of 12 months from the date of
receipt of materials at the final destination or 18 months from the date of shipment, whichever is earlier.

Packing:-
The transformer tank will be despatched in an unpacked condition and the accessories will be despatched
duly packed in wooden crates/boxes, suitable for containerization. The cost of stuffing is included in our
offer. The prices quoted for transformers do not include sea worthy packing charges.

Inspection:-
Routine tests only as per IEC 76 will be conducted at our works, free of cost. Type Tests, if any required
can be conducted at extra charges only. In case if any inspection is required by you (or) your approved
Agency before despatch, we are agreeable for the same, for which prior notice to be given. All expenditure
towards inspection will be to your account.

Validity:-
30 days from November 29, 2009.
