Interview and personal discussion with us, we are pleased to offer you a career with Senzit Solution

If you accept this offer and join us, you will be designated as Jr Designer.




Your employment will be subject to the Standard Term & Condition of employment of Senzit Solution
Pvt Ltd (refer as Senzit) and will be governed by various policies, rules and guidelines of Senzit and
also guided by the core values of Senzit.




The Overall Compensation offered to you is 96,000 INR (Ninety Six Thousand only) per annum.
Please be see the details of the compensation in the Annexure 1

By accepting this offer of employment, you will be deemed to confirm that:

(i) Prior to joining our employment, you have terminated your employment with
current/previous employer in accordance with term & condition of the said employer
(ii) That no amount due and payable by your employer/s
(iii) On Joining our employment , Senzit reserve the rights to continue / terminate once
service as per standard procedure in Senzit


(iv) On Joining our employment, that you do not have in your possession, nor have to
failed to return any property including but not limited to any devices, records, data,
notes and (or) any documents or property of the previous employer/s




This offer will be valid till 19/07/2013. If this offer of employment is acceptable to you, please
intimate your acceptance of this by signing the duplicate copy of this letter and returning it to us on
(or) before 18/07/2013.

Please see the Annexure 2 for the details of the documents required to produce at the time of
joining. This offer letter is subjected to production of the said documents

ANNEXURE: 1




1.1. Compensation

You shall be paid a salary in Indian Rupees (INR).

Your monthly basic salary and allowance are as follows:




Basic Salary 4,000.00
Housing Allowance 2,000.00
Transportation 1,000.00
Other 1,000.00
Total Monthly Compensation INR 8,000.00



1.2. Work Location

The Initial place of work shall be Senzit Solution Pvt Ltd, Technopark, Trivandrum Kerala - India.

1.3. Working Hours

The normal working hours are from Monday to Friday (09:00 AM to18:00 PM) Five days a week. The
reserve the rights to alter or modify its working hours or holidays temporarily or permanently

1.4 Dress Code:

All Business Development employees are required to be in business formal wear on all working days
except on Fridays when there are no client meetings.

Men:

Men are required to wear and well groomed with Formal Full /Half - Sleeve Shirts with Formal
trousers and Formal shoes. All men are required to wear Formal Blazer /Suits with (or) without
Tie for Business / Client Meeting (or) when representing the company in any public forum

Women:

Women are required to be in Western Business Formal,

1.5 Annual Leave

You will be entitled to take an annual leave of 30 Calendar days in a year and receive provided you
complete eleven calendar months working in Senzit.

1.6 Annual Performance Bonus

Incentives will be performance based and determined based on objective and quantitative indicators
that determine how well you have met the performance objective. The details of your objective and
parameter used to determining the parameter / incentives will be communicated after the probation per
your employment.

1.7 Probationary Period

The first Three months of your employment with Senzit shall be deemed a probationary period,
commencing on the joining date. Towards the end of your probationary period, your performance will
be evaluated.

While you are employed by Senzit Solutions, you shall not be in anyway, either directly or indirectly
concerned, engaged or interested in any other business activity whether on your own behalf, on behalf
of others, without prior written consent of Senzit Solutions. Further, you shall not discuss or disclose any
confidential information relating to Senzit Solutions and the projects, unless deemed necessary and with
proper approval of the concerned authority from Senzit Solutions.

Furthermore, this offer of employment is subject to the following conditions:

1. Our receiving the originals of your academic and experience certificates which will be returned to
you.
2. With regards to the Probationary period as mentioned above.





1.8 Termination of Service

During the employment with Senzit, a notice of 30 calendars days (1-Month) is required to terminate
employment from either side. The company may terminate you with one month notice, without
assigning reason whatsoever, at sole discretion of the company.

1.9 Duties & Responsibilities

(a) You will be required to serve in the assigned position or in such other capacities, consistent with
your status and position in the company, as may be requested from time to time by the company
(b) In the course of your employment, you may be required to display the highest standards of
initiatives, efficiency & economy. You shall diligently, faithfully and to the best of abilities perform
the duties and service related to you assigned post as well as such additional or different duties
and service consistent to your position, as you may be reasonably be directed to perform by the
company from time to time.
(c) You shall carryout assignments/project given to you from time to time with diligence and
devotion and maintain the companys reputation in all possible forms.
(d) You shall fully devote your full time and attention as an exclusive employee to the company and
shall not engage in any business related or non related, directly or indirectly to the companys
business interest or trade either as full time or part time basis, in an honorary capacity or
otherwise, either during or normal business hours.

2.0 Confidentiality

(e) You agree to sign and be bound by the term of Non-Disclosure, Non-Solicitation and Non
completion agreement required to be signed by you during the term of your employment
(f) Further, the executive also agrees to comply with the term of any policy of the company relating
to the protection of confidential information from time to time
(g) You are required to strictly maintain as confidential and not divulge or communicate in any
manner, any information regarding the remuneration / term to employment to any other
employee in the company other than your immediate manager / supervisor

2.0 Travel

You may be required to Travel on demand for short time or long term, which is purely depended on the
Role & Designation, and Division you represent within the company.

2.1 Intellectual Property Rights

1. You duties in the course of your employment are expected to generate program, software, tools,
workflows, in which copy right are reserved by the company or other Intellectual Property Rights. By
accepting this offer you have under taken to execute and register any and all necessary document and

do whatever else may be necessary as may be determined by the company in its discretion at the cost of
the company, even after your employment has ended, to further confirm the above ownership right in
favor of the company.

2. You shall keep all the intellectual property rights of the company confidential and shall use all such
property strictly in accordance with the term of your employment for the sole benefits of the company.

2.2 Warranty

You represent and warrant to the company that the term and condition of your employment are legal ,
valid and binding upon you and acceptance of the same by you and the performance of your obligations
pursuant to your employment by the company does not and will not constitute a breach of or conflict
with the term or provision of, any agreement or understanding to which you are the party 2.4
Amendment

The company, at it discretion, may alter, replace or annual any of the above, should circumstance so
warrant either as a result of statute or otherwise.

You are request to submit both the original and the self attested copies of the above mentioned
documents. The original shall be handed back after verification and other official formalities.
