 Planned, researched, and collaborated cross-group to create the specification for a new worldwide service
outage notification system for Microsoft.
 Developed a framework for measuring products with high volumes of support requests as well as solutions

 Readied the Rights Management Service for the release of Longhorn Server Beta 2 and created a
deployment package to allow for the installation of the RMS client under Vista Least User Access.
