Aqua Fitness
The water provides an atmosphere of safe resistance for aerobic conditioning. You need not be a swimmer to participate. Classes include water fitness training with sports-specific drills
and cardiovascular work. You're sure to improve your cardiovascular conditioning as well as muscular strength and endurance. Our classes combine cardio and strength using the latest
aquatics equipment for a total body workout.
Aqua
The water provides an atmosphere of safe resistance for aerobic conditioning. This class is perfect for the fit, pregnant, and/or joint-sensitive individual. You need not be a swimmer to participate.
Cardio + Strength
Get more bang for your buck by combining both cardiovascular and strength training all in one efficient workout!
CRT
(Cardio Resistance Training)
This class will alternate intervals of intermediate, choreographed cardio with strength training exercises for a full-body workout that will keep you coming back for more!
No Limits Circuit
Challenge yourself with this athletic-based cardio/strength training circuit workout set up in stations. Time flies as you make your way around the circuit and walk -or crawl away with a complete, full-body
workout!
STRIKE!
...powered by Everlast. Strike Zone is the latest signature format to be offered at Life Time Fitness. It is an intense, kickboxing-inspired workout, sponsored by Everlast. Challenge yourself with this
full-body interval workout that incorporates traditional kickboxing combinations done with optional weighted gloves, controlled weight-bearing movements and athletic drills. This is NOT your typical
kickboxing class!
Total Conditioning
Combine full-body resistance training with continuous cardio training and you get Total Conditioning. This intense athletic workout uses a variety of equipment and cycle activity with built-in recovery for
an efficient, easy-to-follow workout. Note: You'll want to master "Strictly Strength" before moving on to Total Conditioning.

Don't feel coordinated? No problem. Our Athletic Cardio classes offer easy-to-follow yet challenging workouts that allow you to achieve results and actively participate in a healthy way of

Cardio Kickboxing
Develop new skills and a strong core as you burn a ton of calories in this fierce but fun kickboxing class. Easy-to-follow combinations of upper-body strikes, lower-body strikes, blocks and athletic drills
make up this killer cardio workout.
Endurance Ride
This aerobic base building ride is the perfect way to recover from a hard week of intense training and help you improve your overall endurance. You will teach your body how to burn more fat and sugar at a
higher caloric burn rate.
Performance Cycle
Performance Cycle brings the authentic outdoor riding experience into the studio. You'll enjoy a solid indoor cycling workout that will improve your cardiovascular endurance as your cycle coach challenges
you with techniques, drills and ride profiles used by competitive cyclists!
Studio Cycle
Studio Cycle classes are fun, exhilarating indoor cycle journeys built on the foundational principles of outdoor cycling. Enjoy the many benefits of this amazing sport while having a blast in a lively
atmosphere set to great, motivating music. This class is multi-level and no outdoor cycling experience is required!
The MIXX
Combine cardio kickboxing, athletic drills, high-impact moves and low-impact/dynamic moves and you have one, high-energy, tough cardio workout. Sprinkle in some fun, stimulating funk moves and you
have The Mixx.
Cardio - Choreographed
Choreographed Cardio: Designed as fun cardiovascular workouts, these classes incorporate the best choreography and techniques with great music.
Hip Hop
Get ready for the breakdown with the hottest Hip Hop music. This class moves you step by step with fun choreography to get your feet moving and heart pumping.
Kickbox Jam
This cardio kickboxing workout challenges you with a more choreographed approach. You will experience not only martial arts drills but also dance-inspired movements. Form and technique is still the
primary focus, but be prepared to shake things up as well.
Latin Fusion
Heat things up with the hottest Latin music and moves. You are sure to be energized with this hot and spicy cardio workout. Think you cannot work your hips? Think again and come try it!
Soul Grooves
Leave your inhibitions at the door as you free your spirit and experience the joy of being alive! You will be able to express yourself and feel empowered through an easy to follow journey of various forms
of dance and rhythmic movement. This class will invigorate your body while refining balance and posture. Let go of self judgment and expectations, just DANCE! *Shoes optional.
Step
Enjoy a traditional step experience that incorporates intermediate-level choreography set to great music and focusing on aerobic endurance.
Step - Interval
In step interval, you will enjoy intermediate-level step choreography while also being challenged to your anaerobic threshold, and beyond, with intervals of athletic drills.
Triple Cardio
Looking for variety in your cardio workout? This non-stop movement class offers three different segments of choreographed cardiovascular training. We are never bored in this class.

Fitness Pilates
Learn to utilize and strengthen your powerhouse: deep abdominal muscles, obliques and lower back. In this one-hour class that combines the precise movements of Pilates with traditional

Foundations - Strength
If you are new to strength training or simply prefer a less intense workout, this is your class! Getting started and getting more out of your day-to-day activities is the focus. A variety of equipment will be

Strength Training

Core
Sculpt your midsection as you improve your bodys overall functional strength, balance and coordination. This class focuses on strength, movement and balance challenges through use of the bodys

FIT
(Functional Integrated Training)
Challenge yourself beyond traditional strength training with this advanced, total body functional strength training class. We will challenge your muscular endurance as well as balance and coordination by
moving through all planes of motion with multi-joint and compound exercises.
Strictly Strength
This multi-level class is for anyone who wants to develop muscular strength and endurance. We'll tackle "basic" resistance training exercises using traditional, strategic principles. This simple,
easy-to-follow workout challenges every major muscle using a variety of equipment.

Athletic Yoga
This intense yoga experience is designed to create the ultimate physical and mental challenge. All you'll need is your body and a mat as we take additional time to explore and hold advanced poses to
improve overall strength and conditioning.We suggest participation in the LPV 1 class prior to this class.
Hatha Yoga 1
All Yoga stems from this traditional form. Come explore a series of basic poses allowing you to create the pose based on your own body readiness The focus is on awareness as well as alignment and the
teachers will lead you through the practice one pose at a time. Participants are encouraged to use props as needed to enhance their experience.

In this traditional Yoga class, students are expected to know basic proper alignment and their bodies should be ready to perform more intermediate poses.The teacher will guide you through the poses
encouraging less use of props and providing fewer hands on adjustments. For your best experience, we suggest participation in the Hatha Yoga 1 class prior to this class.

LifePower Vinyasa 1
This class for all students that includes basic to intermediate poses sequenced at a moderate pace that provides improvements in overall strength, endurance, flexibility, and body awareness. Great focus will
be placed on alignment and breath as you flow from pose to pose.
LifePower Vinyasa 2
Literally turn up the heat in this energetic, intermediate level flow class that introduces more advanced poses and sequences with optional inversions while enjoying the benefits of a warmer environment.
For your best experience, we suggest participation in the LPV 1 class prior to this class.
LifePower Vinyasa 3
Challenge your mind and body with this intense, heated practice focusing on a flow of intermediate to advanced postures and sequences. Hand stands and forearm stands may be introduced in this class. It is
suggested that you have completed 10-12 LPV 2 classes before participating in this class.
Vinyasa Flow Yoga
A dynamic practice allowing for fluid transition from posture, while maintaining connection to the breath and laying the ground work to create a flow-based practice. Foundational yet vigorous sequences
can be expected.
Yoga Sculpt
Come challenge yourself with a total body workout designed to sculpt all major muscle groups in a calorie blasting combination of yoga and traditional strength training using light hand weights.
Yoga-Pilates Fusion
Get the best of both worlds in this class as a fusion of Yoga and Pilates provides a strength challenge with special focus on the core as well as full body flexibility.All levels are welcome.(the room may be
