This document provides guidelines for setting up and profiling users in LogMat 2.0, a procurement log software. It describes the process for requesting access, which includes submitting a form with user details. It then explains how to access LogMat through Citrix Metaframe using SAIPEM credentials. Finally, it outlines the four user profile levels in LogMat - viewing only, modifying data and reports, creating/deleting jobs, and full admin access - and their associated permissions.

Process Request to be profiled in LogMat Each request have to be sent to PCON-SIPC Dpt from the users involved in LogMat.; its needed to send a mail to the PCON LogMat Admins with in CC a 1st level responsible, asking to be profiled in Citrix for LogMat Software and indicating the proper level of profile. PCON-SIPC LogMat Admin then, have to develop an ICT on WEB form (see SAIPEM Intranet portal in Application & Solution Tools Ict Services On WEB). Alternatively if an Hub/Branch/Company has the need to profile a coordinator, PCON-SIPC Dpt will provide necessary training to authorize a LogMat Local Admin. Pictures that follow show you an example of the process request ICT on WEB regarding LogMat. 4 P r o j e c t

Profile Level A_LOGMAT_LIV4 is for LogMat Admins only. See next paragraphs for the meaning of this Profiling Levels. 1. Process Request to be profiled in LogMat 8 P r o j e c t

) Start Up & Profiling Guideline Page 12 User in LogMat can have 4 different Profiling Levels identified by 4 Profiling Groups: Level 1 (A_LOGMAT_LIV1) Level 2 (A_LOGMAT_LIV2_PC or A_LOGMAT_LIV2_PR) Level 3 (A_LOGMAT_LIV3) Level 4 (A_LOGMAT_LIV4) In all of these levels are inserted users from SAIPEM dominio (ex. SP13049, SA02345, et.) that should be authorized to run LogMat. If a user doesnt have none of these Groups, access to LogMat is not possible. Moreover, each Job created in LogMat must have at least one owner, generally the user that creates the Job. Anyway a Job in LogMat can have more than one owner. Each owner for a Job can add other users profiled to that Job. If a user doesnt have Jobs profiled, that user can access LogMat but doesnt open Jobs at all. 3. Profiling Users in Logmat Only Profiling Group Level 3 (A_LOGMAT_LIV3) and Group Level 4 (A_LOGMAT_LIV4) have this possibility. 14 P r o j e c t
