Active Meditations (Osho)
Chakra Breathing - This meditation can help you to become aware of and experience each of the
seven chakras. It is active and uses deep rapid breathing and body movement, accompanied by
musical sounds to open and bring awareness and vitality to the chakras.

Kundalini - Kundalini is one of Osho's most popular and potent meditations techniques. It involves
shaking, dancing, sitting silently and relaxing. This meditation is traditionally done in the afternoon
to let go of the accumulated stress of the day and to open the door to a more flowing energy.

Dynamic - Dynamic is the popular morning meditation for the modern man and woman, including
deep rapid breathing and catharsis. This is a meditation in which you have to be continuously alert,

Chakra Sounds - This meditation uses vocal sounds made by the meditator along with music to
open and harmonize the chakras while bringing awareness to them. This meditation can bring you a
deep, peaceful, inner silence either through making your own vocal sounds or by just listening to and
feeling the sounds on the meditation CD within you.

Quantum Light Breath Jeru Kabbal
The Quantum Light Breath is a highly focused breathing meditation process that greatly accelerates
the users personal transformation by bypassing the conscious mind and releasing old programs
directly from the subconscious. It eliminates the need for analysis, painful emotional experiences,
years of therapy or growth groups and unfruitful meditations. It usually takes the user into an
expanded state of consciousness.
