'urpose of this assignment
This assignment considers the s0ills required to perform effectively as a computing and systems
development employee. 3t 1ill almost certainly be a requirement that as an employee5 you 1ill need to
generate training materials to train end users on certain systems developments and this assignment
develops those s0ills by as0ing you to develop realistic training modules for an organisation.
3t also deals 1ith problem solving 1hich includes the identification or specification of the 9problem:5
strategies for its solution and then evaluation of the solution through reflective practice.
Scenario
;ou have recently been contracted as an 3T consultant and pro4ect co<ordinator for a large training
company 9N + *ebb +ssociates:. The company outsource their e6pertise to a range of small and
medium si=ed organisations in the East of England5 primarily focusing on .incolnshire5 Norfol05 !uffol0
and Esse6. The initial contract that you have been given is for t1o months5 your brief being to support
and set up a complete training provision for a third party company to e6tend over a si6 1ee0 period.
The remit is to ensure that all levels of end users are introduced to ne1 policies5 procedures and areas

resources and scheduling.
