/or the 0ast si1 months 2 have been *ndergoing the greatest paradigm shift 2
have ever had to go thro*gh. 2t has rattled my nerves and shaken my bones.
This intense ad3*stment of my worldhas come abo*t by st*dying the
information given by +ol. Tom Bearden at his website Cheniere. The new
knowledge there has necessitated a total revision of my ideas abo*t 0hysical
reality, the world we live in, and the f*t*re of h*manity.
This 0aradigm shifting even act*ally made me di44y on certain days as 2 tried
to absorb and digest Bearden's vast amo*nt of information. 2 am not a
scientist at all, 3*st a layman, and 2 have little com0rehension of the math and
high 0hysics of this new science called Scalar Electromagnetics.B*t there
is a great deal of information at Cheniere which needs to become common
knowledge as fast as 0ossible, for the sake of the s*rvival of life on earth.
To that end 2 have 0*t together this small 0rimer of Bearden's ideas, as a kind
of beginner's g*ide to his website. $2 have tried to *nderline certain words
and 0hrases which are 0art of the new 3argon of talking abo*t these new
0henomena. #lso 2 have taken the liberty of bolding certain words and
0hrases to hel0 them stick in the mind(.

1. New waves discovered
)ongit*dinal EM energy fills vac**m of s0ace, the time domain of s0acetime, time as com0ressed

"'t any point and at any ti!e% one can $reely and
inexpensively extract enor!os E( ener&y $lows directly
$ro! the active vac! itsel$." Tom Bearden
2 g*ess the first thing to try to com0rehend is that a "new" kind
of electromagnetic (EM) wave has been discovered in the
em0ty vac**m of s0ace which, when engineered, can be an
ine1ha*stible s*00ly of energy in great magnit*de at any 0lace
in the *niverse. The word new is in ?*otes beca*se the
discovery really goes back to Nikola Tesla and his discovery of
what he called radiant energy. 2t is also not new beca*se the
R*ssians $@=B( have been working on this technology for over
! "ears and have weaponi#ed these new longitudinal scalar
waves to a great degree.
These are the wea0ons Nikita @hr*shchev s0oke of in Aan*ary, 'B<&.
By 'B:C"D the Soviets had 0rogressed to the 0oint of a giant scalar EM
accident in the -rals which e10loded nearby atomic wastes, devastating
the area. They had also 0rogressed to develo0ment of great new
s*0erwea0ons *sing their new energetics " wea0ons to which @hr*shchev
referred in 'B<& when he informed the Soviet ;residi*m of a new,
fantastic wea0on in develo0ment, a wea0on so 0owerf*l that it co*ld wipe
out all life on earth if *nrestrainedly em0loyed.' Tom Bearden
#fter over 7& years of develo0ment, and e1tensive testing aro*nd the globe, these new
scalar electromagnetic wea0ons are *0 and r*nning and ready to go. Tom Bearden, at
his website +heniere, dic*sses the history of these new scalar electromagnetic
wea0ons in his 0a0er 9istorical Backgro*nd of Scalar EM Wea0ons.
Some 2mmediate 2m0lications
The im0lications of s*ccessf*l engineering of the longit*dinal waves
are enormo*s, and will change the world as we know it, one way or
another. #mong other things, these discoveries mean that5
$% &he solutions to the energ" crisis and the "oil problem" are in
hand% &hese oil wars are unnecessar"% &here is endless energ"

.% Mind control on a mass scale has now become possible, and the

twist of a few dials%
So the layman will need to *nderstand that there is a new kind of electromagnetic
energ" that is altogether different from what he knows, e.g. radio, TE, cell 0hones,
etc. The ordinary EM waves that we have known abo*t are called transverse EM
waves, to disting*ish them from the new longitudinal EM waves. These scalar waves
do not act*ally e1ist in o*r material world, b*t e1ist only in the vac**m of em0ty
s0ace, or the time domain. #nd we m*st kee0 in mind that this vac**m of s0ace we
s0eak of e1ists all thro*gh everything. Even o*r bodies are mostly em0ty s0ace
between atoms and molec*les. So the gateway to this seething ocean of energy can be
there at every 0oint in the *niverse. This seething ocean of energy is all aro*nd *s and
all thro*gh *s.

Emptiness is Full
This ama4ing discovery anno*nces that the "emptiness" of empt" space
is in fact not empt", b*t a great ocean of seething energyF
+ol. Bearden refers to this ocean of energy as being of the time
domain. Energy o*t of timeG 2t seems like something from Star Trek b*t
this is the 0oint which the new science of scalar electromagnetics has
reached. #nd where it is going may be beyond anything Star Trek co*ld
have dreamed of.
We live in a 7"dimensional world, which 0hysics calls 7"s0ace. B*t
there is also spacetime, or 8"s0ace, or the 8th dimension. Then
s*ddenly comes this ama4ing new knowledge that time itself is actuall"
compressed energ". #nd it is energy which is com0ressed by e1actly the
same factor by which matter is considered com0ressed energy5 the

2t has a nice ring to it, like some freedom bell anno*ncing a new era.
#nd as the atomic bomb released the com0ressed energy in matter, so can
we now *nleash the tremendous energ" that is compressed into time
itself% 2t gives a com0letely new meaning to the term time bomb.
Some New Terminology of Scalar Electromagnetics
A new science, several new names
Those HR*ssianI wea0on scientists res*rrected an old term from the
history of electrodynamics, called energetics. That is their a00roach
to a unified field theor", where everything is based on energetics.
This model as its fo*ndations *ses a very similar a00roach to that
single f*ndamental *nit model, where energy is the *nit. 2f one
makes the energy EM in nat*re, then one has the R*ssian energetics
a00roach. This *nified a00roach gathers everything in, incl*ding all
energy actions and relations in inert matter $the first branch of
energetics, called by the same name(, all field and matter interactions
in living matter $the second branch of energetics, called
bioenergetics(, and all mind o0erations and mind"matter interactions
$the third branch of energetics, called ps"choenergetics(. Hed5
sometimes also called 0sychotronics by the R*ssiansI
Note that the wea0oneers sliced energetics into three branches, with
each branch de0ending on the nat*re of the targeting.
So 2 took a hint from them, since the st*ff and the a00roach worked.
They had already wea0oni4ed it highly.

Rick #ndersen in an article called What is Scalar ElectromagneticsG
describes the new science this way5
Scalar EM is the brainchild of )t. +ol. $retired( Thomas E. Bearden, a
systems analyst and wargames s0ecialist who has been advocating a view of
electromagnetics which is based on the notion of a vast, *nseen backgro*nd of
scalar energies $as o00osed to vector energies( which underlie all ph"sical

2f Bearden is correct in his Scalar EM theory, then we can b*ild devices

The scalar energy discovered in the vac**m of s0ace is sometimes called
#ero)point energy. Thomas Ealone e10lains how this term came abo*t.

What does "5ero 6oint" mean7
Boyer traces the historical Lcreation of the vac**mM as 0roceeding in
stages in 0arallel with the historical develo0ment of ideas abo*t the
vac**m. To 0ara0hrase, he says that in the 'Cth cent*ry, it was
tho*ght that a totally em0ty vol*me of s0ace co*ld be created by
sim0ly removing all matter and, in 0artic*lar, all gases. That was o*r
first conce0t of the vac**m. A*st get rid of all the gas.
)ate in the 'Bth cent*ry, it became a00arent that the region still
contained thermal radiation. B*t it seemed that the radiation might be
eliminated by cooling. So the second conce0t of getting a real
vac**m is to cool it down to 4ero tem0erat*re. A*st go all the way to
absol*te 4ero. Then weNve got a real vac**m. RightG Well, since then,
both theory and e10eriment have shown that there is a non)thermal
radiation in the vacuum and that it persists even if the tem0erat*re
co*ld be lowered to absolute #ero. Therefore, it was sim0ly called
the L#ero pointM radiation.

The vast seething ocean of energy of the vac**m, the longit*dinal scalar EM
waves of the time domain, can now be ta00ed and transd*ced into ordinary
$transverse( EM energy in o*r 7"S0ace world. The 0rocess can be com0ared to
0*tting a 0addlewheel into a river. The energy ac?*ired is free, since the river is
there flowing whether we ta0 it or not. #nd it is a mighty river, and is not
diminished by o*r 0addlewheel.
This means that a permanent solution to the "energ" crisis" is at hand, if
only those who hold it so secret wo*ld give it *0 to h*mankind.
2t means o*r s0ecies' insane use of oil is no longer necessary. We can make
a*tomobiles that need no f*el at all. We can b*ild motors that 0ower themselves.
2t means that *nlimited electrical 0ower can be available for free anywhere in the
world. Every ho*se and even shack can have its own 0ower s*00ly.
!f co*rse there is the cost of the e?*i0ment at first, b*t the energy flow is free
for the 0res*mably very long life $no moving 0arts( of the generator. 2t will
0robably take decades to shift over to scalar 0ower.
B*t the ability to ta0 the scalar $longit*dinal( EM waves of the vac**m $which
e1ists everywhere( also means that unbelievabl" powerful weapons can be, and
already have been develo0ed. 2n fact these wea0ons are so dangero*s that the
fear engendered becomes a 0sychological obstacle to the gras0ing of the facts.
2 str*ggled with this myself for months, and even tho*gh Tom Bearden had
com0letely convinced me already, it is hard to acce0t the fact that for everyone
on earth the worst that might ha00en has s*ddenly gotten m*ch worse. 2t takes
time to deal with that, to reali4e it and get over it.
2ndeed, the 0ossibilities of these new wea0ons, which are ta00ing the huge
energies of time, are so terrifying it is nat*ral for the mind to sim0ly say5 2
don't want to hear abo*t that.
#nd the government, likewise, 0retends these wea0ons do not e1ist and tries to
kee0 it secret from the 0eo0le. Beca*se most people would indeed be trul"
alarmed to know the act*al sit*ation. +ol. Tom Bearden has decided that the
0eo0le need to know the tr*th anyway. #s a ;eo0le on a ;lanet we m*st face this
now, and ban the use of scalar weapons in war or in mass mind control. The
c*rrent de0loyment of these wea0ons is a world emergenc" which we m*st all

The 0hysics and mathematics of the longit*dinal waves and the time domain are
clearly beyond the layman, b*t 2 recommend scanning thro*gh them anyway 3*st

h*ndreds of s*ch installations already. These interferometers are called &esla
Cowit#ers. They can deliver a giant blast of energy to the distant target site, tr*e

The first howit#er mode is called the eFothermic mode of o0eration beca*se
immense EM energy blasts o*tward at the target site. The blast of a scalar
howit4er can be of near n*clear level in destr*ctiveness, and can be re0eated

2n a second howit#er mode called the endothermic mode, the howit4er s*cks

/or one thing they do not have to travel thro*gh s0ace, for they come from the

This is astonishing. The wea0ons act*ally 3*st trigger the release of immense

* third howit#er mode is what +ol. Bearden calls Mindsnapper mode. This
is a tr*ly frightening mode which affects the electromagnetic mind"body
connection. Being mind"sna00ed at a low level wo*ld ca*se yo* to lose
conscio*sness. Being mind"sna00ed at a slightly higher 0ower wo*ld entrain all
minds in the target area into a kind of hy0nogogic trance, a state in which they

Being mind"sna00ed at high level wo*ld so disr*0t the mind"body connection
that everyone in the target area wo*ld fall down, instantly dead. Not only that,
everything aro*nd yo* and inside yo* wo*ld be killed, so that yo*r sterili4ed

The Mindsnapper can be *sed for a small area, or to kill an entire population.

This wo*ld almost certainly seem to be another e1am0le of the testing of the scalar

have limited knowledge of the scalar electromagnetic 0rinci0les by which the
howit4ers o0erate. The 9essdalen scientists were com0letely baffled as to where the
energy of these 0lasma balls was coming from.
Ms. 9owe interviews Massimo Teodorani, ;h.Q., #stro0hysicist, who released the
re0ort on the %&&' 9essdalen sightings. The scientist s0eaks of the baffling 0henomon

2 don't know how it is 0ossible that Nat*re is s0ontaneo*sly able to do

magnetic cage and the magnetic cage closes aro*nd the 0lasma and kee0s
it fi1ed in some way, 0revents it from e10anding. 0ut where does it come
from7 We don=t know.
By what we have been considering here, we can recogni4e the signat*res of scalar
electromagnetic engineering. 2f it is a Tesla howit4er, then the energy for the 0lasma
balls is coming from the vacuum of spacetime at the very location of the balls
themselves, triggered by scalar interferometers aimed thro*gh the wood0ecker grid.
These kind of balls can be *sed as marker beacons giving feedback for 0recision
aiming of the howit4ers. The energy of the marker beacon can be read back into the
com0*ters giving 0recise location information for 0in0oint aiming. The target area can
be very small, or widened o*t.
There is a little movie of one of the 9essdalen 0lasma balls here. 2t wo*ld seem to be a

Bearden has stated that the longit*dinal EM waves can have a healing effect
beca*se they always come in 0airs called phase con>ugate pairs and one of the
0air is time)reversed. This enables engineering of the waves to 0*m0 the cells of

s*00lied, at last, the missing
e10lanation as to how that big giant
two)stor" glass tube consistently c*red
cancer in animals.

&he medical implications are enormous. By 3*st reversing the
damaged cells back to a 0revio*s 0hysical state, this gives a 0hysics
mechanism for controlled cellular dedifferentiation, in biology terms.
;hysicians will time)reverse diseased, damaged or aged cells back
to an earlier healthy condition, incl*ding all the cell*lar genetics.
Normal cells are 3*st reversed to a slightly yo*nger condition.
We believe this mechanism e10lains the revol*tionary b*t baffling
electromagnetic c*res achieved by a team of o*tstanding /rench
scientists in the 'B<&s and early C&s, working with inventor *ntoine
6riorI. 2n lab animals, c*res were achieved for terminal t*mors,
infectio*s diseases s*ch as try0anosomiasis, and atheriosclerosis. 2n
addition, deliberately s*00ressed imm*ne systems were dramatically
restored.
We hy0othesi4e that this is the long"so*ght mechanism of how the
living body heals itself. 2n short, the body's cell*lar control system
ind*ces cellular reversal b" weak time)domain pumping of the
damaged cells and the affected area. The cell*lar regeneration system

Western -cience 6e!ains =ar&ely (aterialistic
2ronically, most Western scientists are materialists and consider
mind as a mystical and nonscientific conce0t. They tend to
consider mind o0erations and f*nctions either to be sim0ly meat
com0*ter o0erations and f*nctions, or at best to be very weak
ordinary transverse"wave EM o0erations and f*nctions in the brain

body we meas*re only weak TW Htransverse waveI EM o0erations
and f*nctions correlated to biological behavior and brain o0erations.
We sim0ly do not know how to meas*re mind o0erations directly.
With no mind meas*rements 0ossible and no instr*ments, it is
*nderstandable that Western science considers only the 0hysical side
of the mind"matter interface.

Western methods of infl*encing the mind with EM waves have only *sed transverse

Western Science knows only transverse EM waves

2ronically, Western mind control researchers *sing transverse

altho*gh they do not a00ear to reali4e it.
While @=B scientists also *se TW EM br*te force TW waves
when necessary, they do "imprint" or "activate" those waves
with the desired internal LW and time)polari#ed EM wave
and photon structures re?*ired to directly 0erform the mind

These fitted br*te"force models certainly can be very
0owerf*l, and certainly can 0rod*ce the e1act res*lts shown in
the e10erimental verifications of the fittings. 9owever, they do
not of themselves allow so0histicated design for e1am0le of the
necessary time"0olari4ed wave assemblies for engineering the

engineering the entire collective *nconscio*s of all s0ecies on
Earth $i.e., =aia's collective *nconscio*s(, or even for 0recisely
engineering the memor" and knowledge base of an
individual. Bearden
The seemingly magical o0erations of 0sychoenergetics, sometimes called
0sychotronics, cannot be achieved with ordinary transverse EM wave energy. B*t
they are 0ossible with longit*dinal scalar waves beca*se the mind itself is scalar in
nat*re.
We note that all mind operations are time)like, i.e., they are com0rised
as scalar EM 0hoton f*nctions and scalar EM wave f*nctions. Th*s the
mind is a very s0ecial kind of electromagnetic system, e1isting in the time
domain... Bearden
The engineering of the mind can only be accom0lished with the waves of time.
The co*rse of 0sychoenergetics develo0ment necessitates the b*ilding of a vast

Bill,
Well, 2 m*st say 2'm asto*nded at yo*r 0ersistence and hard work in congealing
all that together. My com0liments on a hard 3ob ?*ite well done.
+o*0le tiny things5 2n the area mentioning @ervran and @a4nacheyev5 @ervran
was /renchW @a4nacheyev was and is R*ssian. )ittle ty0o of s0redding the
imm*ne system. Sho*ld be s0reading.
We knew of three nations having the S; wea0ons for some time. Then we
fo*nd o*t last year that five nations had it. So that e10lains my *sing the fig*re
three first $which re0resented what 2 knew at the time(. )ater 2 fo*nd o*t
abo*t the other two nations. +hina, e.g., only de0loyed its S; wea0on this 0ast
year. So that e10lains the a00arent contradiction between me *sing five in
later 0a0ers and three in earlier ones. 2t was the best information 2 had at that
time. Might mention that so the reader will *nderstand the a00arent
discre0ancy.
!therwise, it's 0retty acc*rate.
A*st now 2'm letting the wea0ons take care of themselvesW have to, as 2 will be
recovering now for nearly a year from now after the heart attack last year and
discovering that 2 had contracted myco0lasia $the BW modified kind( in
+anada in 'B<D. /inally got a test which confirmed the chronic myco0lasia
$which 2 had for 77 yearsF(. The st*ff b*rrows inside one's red cor0*scles, then
draws n*trients from the hemoglobin, hardening it and red*cing its ability to
take on o1ygen $by as m*ch as :&P or more(. The res*lting sym0tom is loss of
end*rance $which 2 had for that 77 years( "" the so"called chronic fatig*e
syndrome.
Many of the =*lf War Eeterans who are sick also have it, tho*gh they
a00arently have other com0licating factors as well. # very high 0ercentage of
0ersons with chronic fatig*e syndrome also have myco0lasia. The treatment for
the long"standing myco0lasma infection of that nat*re is to stay on antibiotics
for a year. The only time the myco0lasma is v*lnerable is when one wears o*t a
red cell in normal *sage, and the body makes a new red cell to re0lace it. The
myco0lasma comes o*t of the dying cell to infect the new re0lacement cell, so
it is e10osed and v*lnerable at that s0ecific time and that time only. The
antibiotics kills it at that time. 9ence the necessity to stay on antibiotics for
s*ch a long time so it is contin*o*sly in yo*r bloodstream $2've already been on
antibiotics for over two months, and have at least '& more months to go(. We
also take a little medical o1ygen every day.
#nother sym0tom of the myco0lasma infection is the association of r*naway
fibrillation of the heart. To sto0 that, there are 0ills one takes, and they sto0 it.
B*t they also f*rther red*ce the vol*me of blood 0*m0ed by the heart, so that
this 0ro3ects one right back into the hy0o1ia, di44y, loss of balance, etc. +atch
%% sit*ationW the fibrillation will b*ild and ca*se heart attack, stroke, etc. if not
sto00ed, and if sto00ed it 0*ts yo* back in the hy0o1ia which can ca*se many
thingsF With the conventional treatment, yo*'re damned if yo* do and damned
if yo* don't. 9ence the need for a little e1tra medical o1ygen, so yo* can take
the heart clam0 0ill and sto0 the fibrillation, b*t also a*gment the o1ygen
eno*gh to contin*e to s*rvive witho*t a stroke or some s*ch. 2nterestingly, it's
very diffic*lt to even obtain a myco0lasma test, and Medicare fights yo* tooth
and nail over 0aying for the o1ygen. Either they will 0ay for it or 2'll 0ay for it
myselfW it is absol*tely necessary.
#fter a heart attack, one is treated in the heart clinic by s0ecialists who are very
caring and e1cellent 0ractitioners, b*t know nothing of myco0lasma infection,
so not consider it even a 0art of heart disease, and who are rather 0*44led
when one has no clogging of the arteries, has the right co*nt of red cor0*scles
$largely nonf*nctional, of co*rse, b*t there(, 0*m0s the right amo*nt of blood,
etc. So they identify and treat only the r*naway fibrillation, do not 0rescribe the
o1ygen "" and essentially 0lace yo* on a regime as best they know, b*t one that
is g*aranteed to kill or maim yo* or t*rn yo* into a totally disabled 0erson or
h*man vegetable via stroke, 0aralysis, etc. /ort*nately my family doctor will
0rescribe the o1ygen anyway, tho*gh 2 may have to 0ay for it myself. Whatever
worksF
9owever, 2'm slowly im0roving little by little, working as m*ch as 2'm able to
and trying to finish my book5 Energy from the Eac**m5 +once0ts and
;rinci0les, and get it to the 0*blisher for 0*blication later this year. 9o0ef*lly
the book will t*rn all the interested yo*ng grad st*dents and 0ost"docs loose in
the free"energy area. They will not have to s0end 7& agoni4ing years to get to
where 2 am, and where a few others are, b*t can sim0ly start here and go
forward. Since s0eed to develo0 energy from the vac**m is of the essence
beca*se of the world sit*ation, 2'm moving on it as fast as 2 am 0hysically able
to.
Meanwhile, working with the #2#S $#l0ha /o*ndation's 2nstit*te for #dvanced

;atent was granted on March %<, %&&% for The Motionless
Magnetic =enerator, $ME=( -S ;atent <,7<%,C'D, which
is likely to become the first commercially available free
energy device in history in abo*t one year from now. The
machine will 0rovide free electricity from the vac**m, for
the life of the device, which sho*ld be a very long life
since it has no moving 0arts. 6o* can see a 0ict*re of
scientist Aean")o*is Na*din's ME= re0lication model at5
htt05JJ3na*din.free.frJhtmlJmeg.htm.
2t has strong magnets, coils, and a controller *nit with the
electronics. Na*din made the anno*ncement to the ME="
b*ilder's 6ahoo gro*0. The anno*ncement has significance
since the 0atent office has always been ske0tical of devices
which seem to get"something"for"nothing. B*t according
to the new science of scalar electromagnetics, the ME=
does not break the law of conservation of energy. 2t's 3*st
that the energy is conserved in the fo*rth dimension, time,
and not o*r 7"s0ace world.
The ME= 0rovides electrical energy by ta00ing the
longit*dinal electromagnetic $EM( waves which e1ist in
almost infinite ab*ndance in the vac**m of s0ace. This
ocean of energy which 0ermeates everything is sometimes
called the 4ero 0oint energy, since it remains there even
at absol*te 4ero tem0erat*re.
/o*r inventors are listed5 Ste0hen ). ;atrick, Thomas E.
Bearden, Aames +. 9ayes, @enneth Q. Moore.
Tom Bearden has e10lained the o0eration of the ME= on
his website +heniere.org, and also s0eaks abo*t the new
fearf*l wea0ons that can and have been made *sing the
same longit*dinal waves of the vac**m.
The com0licated 0hysics of how the ME= works is
e10lained in the 0a0er The Motionless Electromagnetic
=enerator5 E1tracting Energy from a ;ermanent Magnet
with Energy Re0lenishment from the #ctive Eac**m,
which can be fo*nd at Tom Bearden's website5
cheniere.org.

The first ME= *nits to be 0rod*ced for sale will o*t0*t %.:
kilowatts of free electricity. /orever. They sho*ld be in
0rod*ction abo*t a year from now. /acilities for
man*fact*ring the device are being set *0 in an *nnamed
friendly nation.
This free electricity will flow indefinitely, witho*t m*ch,
or any maintenance. The *nits may be hooked together to
0rovide more wattage, so fo*r of them wo*ld 0rovide '&
kilowatts. #fter some 0rod*ction e10erience *nits will be
made which o*t0*t '& kilowatts each. With a co*0le of
those *nits a ho*se co*ld get off the electrical grid.
Tom Bearden, one of the inventors has said 2 will admit
that the chief scientist of an im0ortant e10erimental gro*0
in a large com0any was rather st*nned at the ty0e of o*t0*t
we were able to obtain. The ME= may look like 3*st a
transformer, b*t it is not. 2t is a com0letely different breed
of cat. This cat, it wo*ld seem, is o*t of the bag now.
The ordinary EM waves we are familiar with are called
transverse waves, to disting*ish them from the new
longit*dinal EM waves of the vac**m. Bearden has
e10lained in de0th on his website cheniere.org that
wherever there is a di0ole $battery, generator, magnet(
there is an *nseen flow of longit*dinal EM waves in that
local vac**m, the only 0roblem is in ta00ing that energy
and transd*cing it to electricity. Bearden says that the
0roblem with all the electrical circ*its we have is that they
are two"wire circ*its, a loo0 by which half the energy goes
back to destroy the di0ole. 2n the ME= that closed loo0 is
never made. So the di0ole is not being destroyed.
;atents are not granted on devices which do not work, so
in a sense this anno*ncement 0roclaims a new era. The
ME= device itself 0roclaims and 0roves that energy is
ab*ndantly available everywhere, for free. We only have to
b*ild the devices to ta0 it. ME= ty0e devices co*ld be 0*t
into a car with an electric engine to make a tr*ly f*el"less
a*tomobile. Electricity can be available in very remote
0laces. ;eo0le will be able to get off o*r very terrorist"
v*lnerable 0ower grids. 2n an era of terrorism a highly
dis0ersed 0ower system wo*ld be most desirable rather
than o*r centrali4ed systems.
What is somewhat astonishing to me is the discovery by
Bearden et. al. that time itself is act*ally com0ressed
energy, and that this free energy is act*ally coming from
the time domain, the ocean of longit*dinal EM waves
which fill the em0ty vac**m of s0acetime. 2n fact, time is
energy com0ressed by the same factor that matter is
com0ressed energy5 the s0eed"of"light s?*ared. Th*s there
is a new com0anion to Einstein's E>mc%. +an yo* say E
e?*als delta"tee"cee"s?*aredG The tee is time and delta"
tee is change in time.
# com0any has been set *0 to man*fact*re the ME=
called Magnetic Energy )imited.
The ramifications of free energy are enormo*s. The oil
wars are not necessary. 2f we threw as m*ch money at this
technology as we are s0ending on the oil wars we wo*ld
be free of the need for oil in less than a decade. With f*el"
less cars air 0oll*tion will be greatly lessened. Third world
nations can raise their standard of living event*ally. #nd
the energy is free. #nd it never r*ns o*t.
2 have 0*t together a kind of Bearden for Beginners
article which e10lains some of the basic conce0ts of the
c*rrent state of scalar technology.
htt05JJwww.0rahlad.orgJ0*bJbeardenJscalarKwars.htm
The granting of the ME= 0atent is the herald of the new
era of scalar electromagnetics, and the free energy which
flows forever and never r*ns o*t.

Tom Bearden clears *0 a ?*estion
When the ME= 0atent was released many ?*estioned the 0atent lang*age which
seemed to im0ly that 0ermanent magnets of the ME= wo*ld wear o*t after awhile. 2
myself wondered abo*t the same thing so 2 0*t the ?*estion to Tom, and here is his
re0ly.
Qear Bill,
Thanks for the kind wordsW m*ch a00reciated.
2'm not *0 to going on radio or TE, and won't be for ?*ite some time. Still
s*ffering from hy0o1ia, tho*gh very slowly im0roving, and will still be on
antibiotics for '& more months at least $maybe longer(.
!bvio*sly an e1tensive dialog develo0ed between the ;atent office and o*r
0atent attorneys. #s best 2 can *nderstand it, the ;atent office acce0ts the
fact that a 0ermanent magnet 0rod*ces and emits energy, or has a history of
acce0ting it. They do not a00ear to be at all cogni4ant of the broken
symmetry of o00osite charges, and hence of a di0ole. So in their o0inion
$which seems to be vag*e(, the magnet has to *se itself *0 very grad*ally,
or some s*ch. So some rewrites were essentially re?*ired by the ;atent
office.
#ll 2 can say is that a magnet is a very d*rable thing, so long as yo* don't
heat it *0 too m*ch or shock it to m*ch. +ertainly one will make a good %&
years, and of co*rse there are 0lenty of magnets that have been aro*nd
awhile longer.
That said, in o*r earliest e10eriments we did meas*re some s*ch effect, or
so we tho*ght, *ntil we fo*nd that a 0artic*lar instr*ment was bad and
giving erroneo*s readings. So with a new instr*ment, we have not observed
since then any s*ch readings.
!*t of all that f*44iness came the incl*sion of *sing *0 the magnets
grad*ally. So far as we are aware $after correcting those early readings on
a defective instr*ment(, we have seen no s*ch meas*rements or effects
since then at all. Nonetheless, 3*st in case there is some very small effect in
that res0ect, at least it's in there.
#ct*ally, as yo* are aware, ca0acitors and solid state com0onents are the
ma3or concerns for fail*re, and any system does re?*ire maintenance, both
0eriodic and whenever malf*nction or fail*re occ*rs. The ME= is no
different from any other device in that res0ect, so of co*rse it will have a
com0onent fail*re rate and maintenance re?*ired from time to time, 3*st as
any other electromagnetic device. B*t witho*t moving 0arts, it can be
r*ggedi4ed and made very d*rable indeed.
;lease give Aeff Rense my regrets, and 2 do admire his work and his show.
9e's laying it in there.
The de0th of the scientific mindset against +!;\'.& is ine10licable,
0artic*larly when 0hysics itself already has +!;\'.& validated e10eriments
$s*ch as Bohren's e10eriment, which o*t0*ts 'D times as m*ch as one
in0*ts by ;oynting calc*lations(, and it works every time. #ny com0etent
*niversity o0tics lab can 0erform the e10eriment. #lso, even the
conventional te1ts admit that a charged ca0acitor or electret laid on a
0ermanent magnet, so that the E of the ca0 or electret and the 9 of the
magnet are at right angles, is a free energy machine. That silly thing will
3*st sit there and 0o*r o*t ;oynting energy S > E]9 indefinitely. 6ears and
years and years. 2f yo* wait 3*st a single year, that silly thing has changed
the energy density of a vol*me of s0ace a light year in radi*s, reaching o*t
well beyond the solar system. Now that's a W9#)E of a lot of EM energy
that beast 0o*red o*t in that year, and it will still be going strong and
0o*ring it o*t at a steady rate. The charges and di0oles in original matter in
the *niverse have been 0o*ring o*t EM energy in that fashion for some '8
billion years, give or take a billion or so. 2t's also easy to see that, 0rior to
)orent4's #RB2TR#R6 symmetrical rega*ging of the Ma1well"9eaviside
e?*ations, those e?*ations 0rescribe both EM systems in e?*ilibri*m with
their active environment, and EM systems not in e?*ilibri*m with it. The
latter systems are 0ermitted by the thermodynamics of o0en dise?*ilibri*m
systems to 0erform five magic f*nctions5 $'( self"order, $%( self"oscillate or
self"rotate, $7( o*t0*t more energy than the o0erator in0*ts $the active
environment in0*ts the rest of it(, $8( 0ower itself and its load $the active
environment in0*ts all the energy, like a windmill(, and $:( e1hibit
negentro0y. That is a well"established thermodynamics. )orent4 arbitrarily
discarded all s*ch o0en dise?*ilibri*m EM systems in order to get sim0ler
e?*ations having analytical sol*tions and not re?*iring n*merical methods.
So he sim0ly scra00ed all the really interesting and challenging EM systems
in Ma1well's theory. #RB2TR#R2)6F
That o*r scientific establishment contin*es to teach only that half of the
theory, and not 0oint o*t the rest to the yo*ng st*dents, and not f*nd
research into develo0ing s*ch systems that take energy from the vac**m, is
sim0ly ine10licable. 2t's a matter of total dogma, not science at all.
B*t ho0ef*lly it is changing a little bit. #t least now we cite cha0ter and
verse when these things were done, and what they are, and the yo*ng grad
st*dents and 0ost docs can go check the 0a0ers and make *0 their own
minds.
That is the real ho0e of the f*t*re5 that we get a generation of yo*ng
fellows, with e1cellent skills, who now know where all the skeletons got
hidden in the closet, and *nderstand that the electrical engineering model
arbitrarily ass*mes an inert vac**m environment $falsified for more than a
half cent*ry in 0article 0hysics( and a local flat s0acetime $falsified for
nearly a cent*ry by general relativity(.
!nce they know that 0ast history, and go read into what broken symmetry
of o00osite charges means for a di0ole and for all di0olar EM circ*its, they
will set to and change that more than a cent*ry of error. 2n that case, we
shall have n*mero*s sol*tions to the energy crisis rather ?*ickly, 0o00ing
*0 all over.
=ood thing. 2t will certainly dis0lace some great energy barons, b*t it will
also free the 0o0*lace. !ne can e1tract all the EM energy from the vac**m
one wishes, anywhere, anytime, with ridic*lo*s ease. !ne can 0rod*ce that
electrical wind of energy at will, by making a sim0le di0ole and then
letting it alone. The only energy 0roblem is in how to then interce0t some of
that energy flow and catch it in a circ*it, discharge it in a load to 0ower it,
and not *se half the ca*ght energy to kill that di0ole that is g*shing o*t
the e1tracted EM energy from the vac**m.
Eery best wishes,
