    Dear Mayor Pel,

    I am writing to your good office of my intention to resign as clerk I assigned at the
    Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) effective immediately. My last day of employment
    will be today, June 2, 2014, respectively.

    I will be working with the Department of Education as a kindergarten teacher effective
    this June 2014 at Brgy. Sta. Elena, this municipality and I look forward to the new
    direction of my career.
    Thank you for the support and the opportunities that you have provided me during my
    stay in the institution. I have worked alongside some excellent colleagues and have had
    the occasion to grow and hone my potentials. I enjoyed my tenure with the institution.
    I wish you and the institution all the best.
    I am looking forward for your preferential and favorable response on this regard.
