Today is the third day I learned about English for biology one. But this is the first
time my friends and I learned with full time, nothing annoy like yesterday.
This morning Mr. Wahab collect our journals. I was so hesitant when I will gave Mr.
Wahab my journal. But my heart said dont afraid give him, come on give him. Mr.
Wahab is not a murderer and he never kill you, although your journal is wrong . so I
gave my journal to Mr. Wahab with sincere heart.
After Mr. wahab collect our journals, he asked us one by one about our home work.
And happily almost all of us were made that home work. So when Mr. Wahab asked us
about our home work, we can answer it.
And than Mr. Wahab start to explained about the material. That materials is
adjective, adverb, numbers, and determiners.
Adjectives usually give more information about head noun and they are always
placed before the head noun. For example : big smell flower. Big is the adjective one,
smell is the adjective two, and flower is the head noun. Some sentences may containing
more than one adjective.
Adverb give us more information about adjectives. And an adverb modifies only the
adjective immediately after it. Example : an extremely small dangerous bacteria. In this
sentence an extremely is the adverb who modifies small as adjective. An adverb in
the noun group cannot stand alone. It must be attached by adjective.
Numbers and other expression of quantity such as : many, much, a lot of are placed
before the adverb or adjective element in th noun group. Example : seven very big
stupid animal.
Determiners consist of two types : the demonstrative pronouns and the definite
article.
And also Mr. Wahab gave my friends and I the manner about how to get new word
from one word. I say with honestly, twelfth years I studied about English, and this is the
first time I know how to get many new word from one new word. That manner is like a
tree who have many branch.
Example : S for souffl = kue dadar
I for initiative = ikhtiar
N for nab = menangkap
Ikhlas C for cabbage = kubis
E for earnest = bersungguh-sungguh
R for rafacious = tamak
E for encounter = bertemu
From that word we were get seven new word and from seven new word we also
can get many word and so on.
And also we learned about how to make sentences with some formula.
I felt so happy, when I learned about English foe biology one. Because the material
of this lesson is very enjoyed to study. And Mr. wahab asked respective of us and its
became a motivation for me to think about the answer.
