The Master of Clinical Pharmacy offers qualified
pharmacists an opportunity to enhance their knowledge
and skills. It also provides advanced knowledge and skills
in clinical pharmacy, with a focus on enhanced clinical
capability.
The course places special emphasis on the effective use
and interpretation of clinical and laboratory data, and
evidence from the scientific literature in the identification
and mangement of drug-related problems.
You will also undertake practice-relevant research
designed to develop your skills to solve real-world
problems.
Professional recognition
Members of the Pharmaceutical Society of Western
Australia may apply for Fellowship of the Society upon
graduation. Registered pharmacists who successfully
complete the course may apply for continuing professional
development (CPD) credits. However, this course does not
qualify graduates for registration as pharmacists.
Credit for previous study
Applications for recognition of prior learning (RPL) are
assessed on an individual basis.
