This is to confirm that Angelique Tran was permanently employed by the Hertz Europe Service
Centre Ltd from 7 February 2011 until 13 September 2011. Hertz is the largest car rental
company in the world and we operate an International Service Centre in Swords, Co. Dublin.

Angelique held the position of General Accountant for the French market. In this role, Angelique
was responsible for the daily and monthly general accounting processes. She was also responsible
for performing the required accounting calculations and entries, gaining an in-depth
understanding of workflow with a view to standardisation and re-engineering.

The main responsibilities of this role were as follows:

To gain in-depth understanding and knowledge of the accounting tasks, accounting
treatment and reporting.
To perform monthly the required calculations and entries for sundry accruals, inventories,
prepayments and any other general accounting as required.
To manage monthly PO tasks including closure and accrual run.
To assume responsibility for monthly fixed asset run and related entries and closure.

We found Angelique to be a dedicated and very reliable employee who carried out all tasks
assigned to her in a professional and courteous manner. Angelique was results driven, had an
excellent understanding of French Accounting principles and consistently achieved or exceeded
her targets. She was customer focused, paid attention to details and always provided a good
quality service. She was team-oriented, not afraid to take initiative and established effective
working relationships with her colleagues.

Angelique had excellent attendance and punctuality records.
