If both TNS_SA and TNS_FW links are reported "unavailable" It means there is a problem somewhere, and normally should be ip connectivity failure. Normally if one of These links goes down, the service is not affected because traffic will be rerouted via the other link automatically. If both links go down, then roaming traffic is affected.

These alerts are critical if both TNS_SA and TNS_FW links are reported "Unavailable" and are not getting up after 10 seconds. It means there is a problem somewhere, and normally should be ip connectivity failure between Toronto King Street and TNS's network in San Antonio or FortWorth US.

005-120-004 is the Primary point code for traffic. In 005-120-004 STP there are 3 Links: 1* towards TNS_SA and 1* towards the other STP2 and 1* towards STP0 (Inuvik)
In case the link TNS_SA fails, the STP will declare routeset Unavailable will choose the secondary route for traffic (being STP which is linked to TNS_FW):
On TNS side is similar, 005-120-004 is Primary but if this link becomes unavailble, the route will be declared unavailable as well and in that case TNS STP2 will choose the 005-120-011 for traffic (STP2).
This is done like this as we do not support Virtual Point Code that would help to create redundancy on MTP2 / M2PA level and not MTP3 level.
