Diffusion Tubes
Direct-read tubes identify workers exposure
to chemicals
Direct-reading diffusion tubes are used
specifically for personal exposure monitoring.
These tubes do not require the use of a gas
detector pump because the contaminant
molecules pass into the tube by diffusion
processes and are brought into contact with
the reagent systems. Exposure levels are
easily read by the markings on the side of
the tube. Use tube holder 86515-50 to clip
diffusion tube onto shirt collar or pocket.

The monitor features a robust, rubber-coated weatherproof polymer housing that will stand up
to the typical abuse in an industrial environment. Monitor is maintenance free and can be easily
operated using two buttons. Its small size makes it comfortable and easy to wear all day on a
belt, breast pocket, or lapel. A loud audible alarm, two bright visual alarms, and strong vibrating
alarms alert you to hazardous concentrations of gas.
The Pac 3000 only shows gas formula until the measured value exceeds alarm set point. The
Pac 5000 will continuously display gas concentrations, and is equipped with an event logger
which will store up to 60 alarm activations or other events.

Measure the amount of oxygen in food packaging to ensure

Use these analyzers to measure residual oxygen in gas-flushed
CAP/MAP food packages. Analyzers resist nitrogen and carbon
dioxidecommonly used as background gases in packaging.
Calibrate the units by sampling room airnormal air reading is
20.9% oxygen. Durable sensor in the analyzer has excellent zero
and span stability after calibration.
Handheld Oxygen Analyzer
This handheld analyzer is compact and lightweight so you can
take it anywhere you need to measure residual oxygen levels in
packages. Use a sampling probe assembly with a needle to pierce
through the package. A built-in pump draws and delivers a sample
to the sensor. Analyzer can also be used for applications where
the oxygen level is very high (50 to 100%), without overloading
the sensor. Other features include auto shut-off after 45 minutes
of nonuse and low-battery indication.
Whats included: one sampling probe assembly, two needles,
one syringe filter, two septas, four rechargeable NiCd batteries,
and a charger with 115 VAC adapter.
Note: analyzer must always be used with rechargeable

Analyzer
Use this benchtop analyzer for continuous package testing in the
laboratory or at the packing line. Analyzer features a heavy-duty,
maintenance-free sensor that compensates for slight temperature
variations. Unlike other sensors, accuracy is not affected by flow
rate, heat, or hydrocarbon gases.
Model 10360-30 is used to sample food packs, insert the needle tip
of the probe into the food pack through a foam seal pad. Seal pad
provides a tight seal and prevents air from leaking into the package
through the puncture hole. Press the pump button to draw a
sample from the package. The built-in pump draws in the precise
amount of sample required for analysis, then turns off after a pre-
set sampling time.
Pharmaceutical oxygen headspace analyzer (model 10360-60) is
ideal for measuring headspace oxygen in vials.
Select model 10360-70 for oxygen and carbon dioxide testing.
10360-70 features a solid state infrared sensor for measuring CO2
as well as electrochemical cell for O2.
