widow. Our society was registered in the month July
2006. Our society have bank account at Andhra Bank,
Kamla Nagar, Delhi-07. I am not an income tax assesee. I
knew Smt. Krishna Devi W/o Raj Kumar since 1993.
Smt. Krishna Devi was residing in the aforesaid year at
B-125, Shiv Mandir Road, Swaroop Nagar, Delhi-84. I
met many times since 1993 till the date of death of Smt.

Krishna Devi as I had suggested to Smt. Krishna Devi to
open a shop in the suit premises as her husband nothing
was doing. I know the neighbors of Smt. Krishna Devi.
One neighbors who has been residing in the suit
premises I have healthy talking terms with them and
other neighbors I have simple talking relation. Smt.
Krishna Devi had expired on 21/09/09. Smt. Krishna
Devi had joined various meetings of our society. Only
Smt. Krishna Devi had attended our society meetings. As
per our meeting register she had signed in the aforesaid
register. I do not remember the date in the register. Smt.
Krishna Devi herself cooked food etc, sometimes her
neighbor Smt. Veena and Smt. Daya Verma had sent food
for her. I have seen Smt. Veena and Smt. Daya Verma to
bring hi tea / food etc. I never prepared food for Smt.
Krishna Devi. Vol. sometimes I have prepared tea etc.
the name of the daughter of Smt. Krishna Devi is Sunita
Manchanda @ Baby W/o Sh. Satish Kumar Manchanda.
I have met with D/o Smt. Krishna Devi various times. I

used to see her once or twice and I also got her admitted
in hospital in Village Badli when she was not feeling well.
We went along with her daughter and one or two
neighbors namely Om Dutt Sharma, Babu Lal, defendant
and one Mr. Gupta. I have not filled any form in hospital.
I do not know who had filled the admission form of the
patient Smt. Krishna Devi in hospital. I have not spent
any money on the medical expenses of Smt. Krishna
Devi. Smt. Krishna Devi was suffering with Cancer. I do
not know as to where the will was prepared of Smt.
Krishna Devi as the same was prepared by her. I do not
know who has first sign the will of Smt. Krishna Devi as
a witness. I met with Smt. Krishna Devi before 10 days
of 23/08/08. She was taking medicine. Her husband
was alive at that time. It is wrong to suggest that Sh.
Subhash Singh and Sh. Tej Bhan are member of the
society. Sh. Tej Bhan used to reside at Roop Nagar, Delhi
for a long time and I also know him for the last 8-10
years. I do not know Mr. Subhash. Vol. Smt. Krishna

Devi had known about Mr. Subhash. The suit premises
consist of one room, baramda, kitchen, toilet-bathroom
and one shop. The upper portion of the ground floor had
been sold out by Sh. Raj Kumar after the death of Smt.
Krishna Devi. I do not remember as to when the
aforesaid portion was sold. My talking terms was very
good with Sh. Raj Kumar even after the death of Smt.
Krishna Devi. Raj Kumar brought the food from outside.
In the month of Sept. 2012 Sh. Raj Kumar got ill. No will
was executed in our favour by Sh. Raj Kumar. I received
a call made by Sunita Manchanda, daughter of Raj
Kumar and she has stated that Raj Kumar has been died
in the hospital. I did not spend any money for medical
expenses of Sh. Raj Kumar as he was having sufficient
money. I know Mr. Babu Lal when the upper portion was
sold to him. It is correct that Mr. Babu Lal is the
husband of Smt. Daya Verma. I know Mr. Shyam Gopal
Gupta for the last more than 16 years. I have talking
terms with Mr. Shyam Gopal Gupta. On 02/11/12 a

function of Bal Divas was performed by us in the suit
premises and approximately 100-150 persons had
attended the said function including the neighbors
surrounding the suit premises and photos were taken.
The function was performed at a school. The
photographs have already mark-B in the file were taken
in the aforesaid function which were performed at School.
Mr. Raj Kumar knew about the will of Smt. Krishna
Devi. Vol. Mr. Raj Kumar was having the knowledge that
Krishna Devi had executed a will in our favour and I am told
by Mr. Raj Kumar about having the will. It is wrong to
suggest that there was no will executed in our favour by Smt.
Krishna Devi and further wrong to suggest that I have filed a
false will and forged documents in support of my case. It is
further wrong to suggest that there was no function of Bal
Divas was took place. It is wrong to suggest that no office
was opened in the suit premises. It is wrong to suggest that I
have filed a false case against the defendant.
