DIRECTOR OF LODGING / RANCH HAND-DEPARTMENT MANAGER. 2008-2010
C Lazy U Ranch / Granby, Colorado
Complete oversight of lodging operation involving 30+ units. Responsibility for maintenance, housekeeping, grounds, and guest services.
Also managed guest activities such as trap shooting, ropes course, archery, snowmobile tours, snow cat skiing, and overnight camping.
Responsible for 20+ employees.
Improved the lodging services department through organized scheduling, defined shift duties and training materials
