PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE


1. Procurement Executive in Philip Morris International (April 2012 -
Continuing)

Receive and review all approved Purchase Requisitions (PR) and check its
correctness and completeness in coordination with requesting department. Fix up
expected Turn Around Time (TAT) with the requesting department.
Conduct RFP, RFQ and negotiate with suppliers to address the defined standards
of quality of products/services to be purchased while streamlining the supplier base;
recommend selected supplier for approval by respective requesting departments.
To ensure all sourcing activities for goods and Services are executed strictly in
compliance with Company principle, procedures and best practices. Conduct

Upon issue of Purchase Order(s) or contract(s) being signed, input/confirm
supplier giving signed copy of PO/Contract. Assess supplier performance based on
the KPIs defined in the Purchase Orders, Scope of Services/contract(s), report on
issues and recommend appropriate corrective action plans.
Coordinate with PMI global vendor to import selected items by Sales and
Marketing team. Coordinate with Operations for indent of NTM and Tobacco related
material for MLB production and communicate with local commercial department and
Exporter/ Manufacturer in different country to make sure that all the items are
available in the Factory on time.
Prepare all necessary reports and analysis for management review/action as
required and defined by procurement principles and best practices of the company.
Conduct market intelligence activities to improve knowledge about latest trends, best
practices, available products, services and suppliers in the market.
Monitor that all necessary information and reports (P/R, P/O, Competitive
Bidding, Quotations, Vendor Master Files, Agreements/Contracts, monthly internal
MIS Reports etc) are maintained properly as required as per company principle,
procedures and best practices for further reference and records.


2. Customer Service Executive in Maersk Line (September 2006
