Letter from Youth Ministries Director - Pastor Dane Fletcher
July 18, 2014

To all Pastors, Youth Directors,
Pathfinder Directors EJC

Re: Summer Camp 2014

To be read in all churches:

Dear Brethren:

I greet you with the assurance that we have the abiding presence of the Almighty One.

Thank you for the confidence reposed in me to serve as Youth Ministries Director of this great Conference for
the next four years. I also deem it necessary to thank my predecessor, Pastor Hanson Drysdale, for his
sterling contribution to Youth Ministries, and pray for continued blessings upon him and his family as they
continue to serve.

Upon assuming office, it was realized that only a few persons had registered for Summer Camp 2014 even
after the deadline for registration was extended.

After careful review of the situation by the new Administration, the decision was taken to cancel Summer
Camp for this year, and to plan other youth activities for this summer. Everyone registered, will be refunded.
As soon as the details of summer activities are finalized, you will be informed. I am very sorry for the
disappointment of the few who were registered.

I eagerly await your suggestions as to how we can partner in advancing Youth Ministries and the mission of
the church as we serve to the honour and glory of God.

Sincerely,

Dane A. Fletcher, Director
YOUTH MINISTRIES DEPARTMENT
