With reference to above subject, M/s. Kushal Solar Solutions, M/s. Radhey Energy Pvt. Ltd. & M/s.
Revival Solutions has proposed to setup Solar Power Projects as detailed below. All these developers vide
letters under reference 1 to 3 have requested to this office to submit the technical feasibility report for this
projects.

You are requested to carry out the joint survey along with representatives of M/s. Kushal Solar
Solutions, M/s. Radhey Energy Pvt. Ltd. & M/s. Revival Solutions and inform to this office the various
possible evacuation arrangements from the existing MSETCL network.
The technical feasibility report should have information such as
1. Nearest MSETCLs Sub-station.
2. Present load and capacity of transformers.
3. Length of line from solar plant site to the MSETCLs Sub-station.
4. Availability of space at existing MSETCLs Sub-station for line bays and transformer bays and
possibility of procurement of adjacent land for Bus extension.
5. Any augmentation in transformation capacity required.
6. Any EHV Line / Railway / Highway / Forest crossing etc.
7. Route proposed for Grid Connectivity.
8. Any ROW problems.

As the Solar generation is weak in nature & small in capacity, it is beneficial to evacuate the
power directly to load centre i.e. at 33 KV level. Hence, please explore the possibility of connection at
33 KV level.

The technical feasibility report furnishing above details is to be submitted to this office within 15
days from the date of this letter.
