Responsible for Preparing the geometrical clean-up by using Advanced FEM
Methodologies.(HYPERMESH V12/V11)
Accountable for Meshing the components as per industrial approach. [2D(QUAD,TRIA&MIXED)
with or without geometry, 3D(HEX,TET&MIXED) meshing, 1D meshing, CFD meshing, refining
topology]
Prepare Analysis set up for various solvers like ANSYS, NASTRAN, STAR CCM & ABAQUS.
Creating topology & topographic Design optimization.(Automotive control arm, structural C-
clip-bracket, composite air craft structure)
Projects Handled:

TEAM: CRASH
- Crash Analysis for LMV components like COWL, C-PAD & FEM CARRIER

Responsibilities:
Finite element modelling and assembling of automotive parts using Connections for crash
analysis using Hypermesh.
Creating mid surface shell mesh on plastic components prior to stitching and geometry cleanup
and check for Quality, checking free Edges, checking Normal
Weld data is imported and Components are assembled with spot and seam (shell) weld
connections. Material properties, Thickness, Boundary-conditions and loads were applied as per
the requirements.
Non-linear explicit analysis with contacts using LS Dyna.

Software Used: Hyper mesh, Hyper View, LS Dyna
TEAM: CFD
- CFD Analysis for HEADLAMP (FR/RR) & CABIN (VENT MODE/DEF MODE)

Responsibilities:
Finite element modelling and assembling of HEAD LAMP components and matching parts as per
clients requirement for CFD analysis using STAR-CCM.
Cleanup, Modeling and Assembling of Vent, Cabin and Cockpit components for CFD analysis.
Assembling the cockpit assemblies and done modeling an enclosed (air tight) assembly free
from penetrations and intersections for DEF mod CFD analysis.
