WebMPP – Medical Product Plan


Designed and developed easy to use, collaborative online planning process that improves
information flow, productivity, and decision making within and across teams. This Product
is used by Medical Product Management Teams & Franchise Management Teams at
Novartis to Develop Strategic Planning & Tactical Planning for 26 brands of Medicines for
the year 2009 & 2010. The existing manual process was studied to develop an online
product which included online Planning, Plan Approval Process and Version Control.

Online Mentoring
Piloted the Unleash Online Mentoring Program. 20 mentors and 60 mentees participated in
the process. The program created a collaborative approach to ensure the mentees took
ownership and drives his/her Personal development, enabled the mentees to create a
network of mentors who were senior executives and provided diverse perspectives. The
program also supported the individuals to thinking strategically about their future by with
the help of the Guided Unleash Mentoring tools.

2) Atlantic Health Systems - Morristown, NJ

Collaborative Strategic Planning and Execution


Designed and developed collaborative Strategic Planning tool for Morristown memorial
hospital which was used by the senior executives there by create an ongoing, dynamically
updated plan that provided a real time view of the actions and current status of the plan at
all times. Extensive reporting capability with slice and dice across the plans were also
developed.

Online mentoring program


The program was adopted for mentoring the new hires which required them to do their.
The Unleash Action Plan helped the mentees focus on what they need to do to perform to
their fullest. It guides them to really think about their goals and what it will take to achieve
them. This input was shared with their mentors. This enables them to support the mentees
to achieve their goals as well as understand the priorities across the broader group. The
organization gained an overall view of what people are focusing on so that it can leverage
talent and allocate resources more effectively.

GOIS marketing Plan


2006 GOIS Marketing plan was used by senior executives for setting marketting goals &
objectives, identifying the target markets, marketing Strategy, developing the tactical
marketing programs and resource allocations. In conjunctions with the Marketting plan, a
program detailed database was also developed for detailed planning around the Marketting
programs across the different regions, for tracking their Goals, Strategies, target audience,
funding sources, global and regional leaders, the key tactics by Regions. Extensive slice
and dice reports were created to track the programs.
