Pork Barrel: A Forum on Corruption in the Philippines through the Misuse of Funds
This forum is mainly about the increasing graft and corruption that has long been a topic of concern for
those interested in improving the conditions in the area.
Objective:
To state further the meaning of pork barrel and how it is connected to the corruption in the
philippines.
The forums objective is focused on providing a forum or talk for the next generation about
being aware on their countrys bigger issue; the corruption.
To encourage young minds to be part the change on environment to achieve a more organize,
a cleaner and more honest leaders that handles their country.
To represent the interest of a Philippine citizen on giving a part of their selves to improve or
atleast lessen the increasing anomaly on graft and corruption.
The facilitators ensures that its objectives and activities are purely for the schools
purpose and not to be part of a controversial issue outside its purpose.
This topic is very important to discuss especially for the young minds and next generation to become
more aware on criticizing their leaders, their legislators and all aspect of life that are related on this most
pointing out on the NSTP students.
Under this topic, unresolved issues to be discuss further and significant things that need to be tackled
because a daily living this thing are remained to be undiscussed that shouldnt be like that. For we are a
man of fight, a man of wisdom that will need to bring up change on our country; Because change is
equivalent to a brighter future. The number of participants are 50 by its maximum including the speakers
and the moderators.
