2.1 AS/RS OPERATION ENVIRONMENT

2.2 AS/RS DP SYSTEM MODE OF ENTRY

2.3 ELEMENTARY OPERATION MODE

6.1 PLC CONTROL DEVICES RUNNING EXCEPTION AND HANDING SOLUTION
u Load on station without ID:
Description:Load on the station,but cant move,cant find ID.
Reason: Sensor masked by an object
Solution: Assign ID,destinstion station no.

u ID on station without ID:
Description:No Load on the station,but find an ID in PLC, or Load on the other station.
Reason: error occur while moving, and pushed by operator to next station.
Solution: Clear the ID and destinstation, Assign ID,destinstion station no to the station with load.

u Equipment running overtime:
Description: Equipment such as roll conveyor, running overtime.
Reason: usually, mechanical error occur while moving, such as container cant move.
Solution: Operator help to handle.

u Motor overload:
Description: Equipment cant work, motor stop running
Reason: overload or overtime
Solution: Operator help to handle.

u The object localization is not correct:
Description: The object continuously stops in some of positions, is unable to continue to move
Reason: the position deviation when Walks e
Solution: adjusts the object position.

u Oversize:
Description: The object continuously stops in some of positions, is unable to continue to move
Reason: SIZE highly or width ultra.
Solution: adjusts the object size.

u CRANE FORK ERROR:
Description: the crane cant fork
Reason: Crane and plc internal lock error.
Solution: check the cable and pins between crane and PLC.

u Other error or exception:
Check corresponding mechanical Equipment and PLC ,and do maintenance.
