I. Announcements
Establishment the following
Preliminary organization structure:
Preliminary standard operating procedure
Discussed and delegated tasks for creation of architectural database and standards
Discussed and delegated tasks for creation of handbook and manual of standards.
II. Discussion
Preliminary Organization Structure & Standard Operating Procedure
Discussed and created a standard operating procedure in accordance to the preliminary organization
structure. (Refer to note 1 for preliminary Org Structure)

It is agreed upon by everyone that in order to work efficiently we must have a standard operating procedure wherein
we all follow the same timeline, format, and workflow.
The creation of the S.O.P is now ongoing and will be disseminated to everyone soon.

Database and Handbook of Architectural Standards
In lieu of creating the S.O.P, Architectural standards for the workflow is a necessity and thus, the
delegation of tasks for the creation of these files (also to be put on the handbook and manual) are the following:

Mariza and Manolo
Standards for CAD, Sketch up, Revit (still to be discussed as Revit has its own workflow standards). This
is inclusive of Layering standards (U.K, U.S, and local standards as well) Hatches, line weights ETC.

Jerome and Derrick
Database for CAD Blocks, Sketch up Components, Photoshop Entourage, Vray and Sketch up Materials.

Philip
Folder system, Workflow procedure, standard file names, presentation layout, and other procedures
concerning the standardization and format of the output and the workflow.
III. Roundtable
It is agreed upon by everyone that by the end of this month (J une 2014) all these files must already be completed as
to create efficiency in current and ongoing projects.

These files and procedures are still on the preliminary stage and therefore will be refined and redesigned from here
on then.

Existing and ongoing projects that are done before these standards are made will still be focused on no matter what.
And will be adjusted to these standards afterwards.

Responsible for setting up internal deadlines.

Planning And Design of the Project
Floor plan, Section, Elevation of the project
The overall design of the project
Deputy Director
Will act as interim project director should the project director be unavailable.
Responsible for quality checking and standardization of files.
In-charge of compiling and creation of final deliverables to be submitted.
*This role is a sub-role but nonetheless very important. This role is top be assumed by any
other positions other than the project director.
i.e. you can both be the technical director and the deputy director.

3D Modelling Director

Responsible for creation and detailing of the 3D model of the project.
Exterior And Interior Modelling of the project.
This will also include the model of the site should it be reequired.
Everything that concerns 3D Modelling

Detailing of Exterior and Interior 3D Model
Will also be responsible should any Industrial Designing be required

Responsible for the 3D Rendering and Presentation for the project.
Will be responsible for the overall look of the presentation deliverables
