Functioned as the director of the Inter-Regional Leadership Training
Program of WSCF, Geneva. The leadership training was an intensive
program for 3 months for a group of 22 students from 21 diferent
countries. The course covers a variety of introductory program ranging
from theology, Bible, economics, international politics to arts and music
and peoples theatre.

Social Involvement
Involvement in the villages as a social activist created the foundation for
theological studies and I moved in the interface of social activism and theological
discourse. I worked as an activist among the Dalit movements, fsher-peoples

movements, agricultural workers and later as the national coordinator of a
collection of social action groups in India.
Church and Ecumenical relations
Member of Church of South India and served as the president of its youth
movement for several years.
In the late 70s I worked in the regional ecumenical body as a coordinator for its
training program.
The Partners in Mission program of the Newton Churches has made a signifcant
impact in my search for meaning in life.
