OGE Energy Corp. (NYSE: OGE), headquartered in Oklahoma City, is the parent company of OG&E Electric
Services, a regulated electric utility serving approximately 755,000 customers in a service territory spanning 30,000
square miles in Oklahoma and western Arkansas. OGE Energy is also the parent company of Enogex Inc., a natural
gas pipeline business with principal operations in Oklahoma

FAST Foundational Architecture stabilization Program; Our team developed universes, queries to pull the data from
the Data marts and databases. We tested and implemented reports for the end users both in XI R2 and 3.1 versions.
Responsibilities

Gathering User requirement for new reports and user reviews and feedback on the existing reports.

As a leading financial services group, Nomuras operations include domestic retail, global markets, global
merchant banking, global investment banking, and asset management. Nomura Centralized Data
Infrastructure (NCDI) is Nomuras key initiative to replace the 1000s of reports and interfaces being
currently handled by NTAPS and to provide a self-serve centralized infrastructure enabling corporate
customers to access tools and data.

The BO self-serve environment provides the access mechanism for the user base to access enterprise
reporting (Crystal Reports), query and analysis functionality (Web Intelligence), enterprise performance
management (Dashboards), Data Visualization (Crystal Xcelcius), and the necessary business and
support documentation. The technical architecture consists of Business Objects Enterprise XI R2
(Universes and Business Views as Semantic Layers and InfoView for self-serve access).

As a Sr. BI Analyst/ BO Architect at Nomura my responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Proposing, evolving, establishing, and supervising the implementation of NCDI reporting architecture.
Establishing best practices and standards for NCDI reporting portal.
Leading the creation of the BO self-serve environment.
Participating in JAD sessions involving stakeholders, SMEs, end-users, and technical architects to
pinpoint and streamline requirements and the scope of deliverables.
Assessing the impact of changes in business requirements, evolving the strategy, and providing

performance. This system will eventually evolve into Corporate Performance Management Portal.
Establish the guidelines for production support, deliver run books, and train the IT support staff on the
NCDI environment to handle, trouble-shoot, and document emergency measure procedures.
Hands on design/development with various BOXI technologies (Designer, Business View Manager,
Crystal Reports, Crystal XCelsius, Web Intelligence, Desktop Intelligence, Dashboard Manager,

designed to meet each client's needs. Worked on the Employee Stock Option Reporting
System for Bank of Newyork Mellon. With a deep commitment to accuracy and profound
attention to detail, they provide comprehensive administration services for employee stock
option, restricted stock and stock purchase plans. Worked on the Employee Stock Option
Reporting System for Mellon Investor Services. This Project is to convert all the Existing
Crystal Reporting System to Business Objects.

Responsibilities:
Installed Business Objects XIR2 version, Migrated Business Objects universes,
reports from 6.5 to XIR2 version, enabled Audit functionality in BO.
