Sub : Appointment Letter

With reference to your application and the subsequent interview you had with us, we
have the pleasure to appoint you as “Software Engineer” for a period of 6 months,
effective from the date of your joining 1st May, 2009 on the following terms and
conditions :

1. You will be paid a monthly salary of Rs. 18000/- per month.

2. During the period of this contract, your services are liable to be terminated at any
time without assigning any reasons and without any notice or any payment in lieu
of notice.

3. During the period of this contract, you shall not secure any other post or work,
part-time while in our service, you shall devote the whole of your time to the
business of the company to the best of your ability and shall not be either directly
or indirectly connected with, concerned employed or engaged in any other work
or business whatsoever akin to that of ours or otherwise.

4. You are liable to be transferred to any town in India of any place of business of
our division, whether existing or acquired later on in any part of India at any time
at our discretion, during the probation period, with the existing terms.

5. You will work under the supervision of such persons as may be decided by the
management from time to time. You shall diligently and faithfully carry out
instructions given to you by your supervisors in connection with work assigned
to you and to best of your power, skill and ability, improve & further the business
and interest of the company.

6. You shall not at any time or times disclose, divulge or make public any of the
processes, accounts transactions and dealing of the company whether the same
may be confided or become known to you in the course of your probationary
period or service or otherwise.

7. Your hours of attendance shall be regulated to suit the duties in any shift entrusted
to you from time to time.

8. You will not absent yourself from work at any time or times without the consent
of the superiors.

9. You are directed to deposit all photocopies attested, of all documents, which you
have mentioned in your CV.

10. In service matters you will be governed by rules and regulations prevailing in this
company and are brought into force from time to time, in so, far as they are not
inconsistent with my provision of this letter.

11. You are required to notify the company in case of any change in your local
address/civil status. This letter is being offered to you in duplicate. In case the
above terms and conditions are acceptable to you, please sign the duplicate copy
of this letter in token of your acceptance.
