Drainage Circle, Amritsar.

Your firm has been empanelled for independent quality assurance consultants by
Punjab infrastructure development board Chandigarh regarding execution of various works to be
under taken by the department of Punjab Govt. Drainage Division, Gurdaspur of this Circle is going
to execute the flood protection works very shortly, amounting to Rs.10.00 Crore approximately by
during the financial year 2009-2010.

For this purpose a pre tender conference has been planned on 6.7.2009 at 11.00 am
at Drainage Division, Gurdaspur (Canal Office complex, J ail Road, Gurdaspur) in which
introductory briefing details discussion will be held on various aspects of the schemes of agreement
and regarding quality assurance. The terms and conditions can be seen at any working day in the
Divisions office. You are requested to attend the pre tender conference on dated 6.7.2009 along with
(1). The authority letter of the Agency on the letter pad by the representative attending the pre tender
conference. (2). The eligibility/capacity proof for the project works upto Rs.10.00 Crores.
(3). The list of the team leader should have specialization in Hydrulic/Irrigation works/structure.




Financial Bid format costing to Rs, 500/- can be purchased from Gurdaspur
Drainage Division Gurdaspur on 7.7.2009 upto 12.00 A.M. which will be received by the Executive
Engineer on same day at 2.30 P.M. and will be opened on same day at 3.00 P.M. The financial bid
format will be issued to only those firms who will attend and qualify the pre tender conference on
6.7.2009.
