Developmental and Special Topics Presentation Peer Evaluation

Please evaluate your peer in an honest, objective and constructive manner. Submit the completed evaluation form to the Dr. Ethington in person or in her mail box on the 7 th floor by July 10 th . You must put your name on the evaluation form in order to receive credit for your evaluation.
To objectively evaluate your peer, use the following questions. For example, did your peer attend all the group meetings? If the answer is yes, your peer earns 1 point for that area and if the answer is no, your peer earns 0 points for that area. Add up the points earned determine the total points earned for that peer. Give each of your team members including yourself a score of 0 to 5 (0 is lowest and 5 is the highest). Based on the following suggested areas: Attended all group meetings
Actively contributed to the project completion Accepted and shared team responsibilities (turn work in on time) Level of contribution to the project was appropriate Behaved respectfully toward other team members

Peer Evaluationfive (5) points will be deducted from individual students grade if s/he does not submit a peer review the day presentation (before presenting). Submit evaluation to mailbox on 7 th floor.
Points from peer evaluation will count as 15% of your developmental presentation project grade. Each member of the group will be responsible for evaluating each group member and submitting the completed evaluation to the faculty the day of the presentation. The points from faculty counts as 85% of your developmental presentation project grade. Any student not participating will receive a zero (0) for the assignment.
