PART I: ADMINISTRATION
SECTION I: FORMATION

Formation and Approval of the Cadet Corps


1.
The Ghana Armed Forces* as required will be
responsible for providing assistance in the
formation, administration and training of all
Cadet Corps in Ghana. Board of Governors or Heads of
educational institutions wishing to form a school
Cadet Corps will approach either:a. The Ministry of Defence.
b. Headquarters, Ghana Armed Forces* , (either through
the nearest military commander or direct)
c. Headquarters, Ghana Armed Forces*
Cadet Corps (who
are not authorised to approve of the formation of the
corps, but will assist the schools on its formations)
2.

If, after consultation, it is agreed that


will be formed at a school, the authority for
its formation will be given and published in
the Ghana gazette.

Corps

Responsibilities of Ghana Armed Forces*


3.

When authority has been given for a Cadet Corps to


be
raised, a regular unit will be nominated by
Headquarters, Ghana Armed Forces* to act as the corps
parent unit. A Field Officer will be appointed by
the Parent Unit as Corps Liaison Officer and he
will arrange
any assistance the corps requires
either at cadet unit
level or cadet regional
headquarters level. The Officer
Commanding
the
Cadet Corps is responsible for the
administration and training of the officers and
cadets
but the Parent Unit will help as required
in any of the following ways.

Cadet Corps may apply to G(Intelligence) Headquarters, Ghana Armed Forces* (through parent units)
for a small issue of the Military Maps of their area. The map sheets required must be correctly
named
and
it
should
be
borne
in
mind
that
maps
are
not
expendable.

SECTION II: CADET CORPS OFFICER AND NON-COMMISSIONED OFFICERS


14. (a) Members
of
the
school
staff
and
new
members
volunteering to become Officers of the school Cadet Corps or
GAFCC are required to complete (an appropriate data form) Army
Form B 2071. This will be forwarded by the parent unit to
headquarters, Ghana Armed Forces* .
(b)

The officers who have had extensive volunteer history


in the Cadet Corps (Adult Volunteer Corps) will form
the officer and NCO corps of the Ghana Armed Forces*
cadet Corps,(GAFCC).

Officers previously commissioned or holding commission in one


of the Ghana Regular Armed Forces Reserve of Officers
15.(a)

It will be confirmed that the officer may be appointed


as an officer in the Cadet Corps and, if necessary,
permission will be obtained for release from the
Reserve. (It must understood, however, that an
officer's reserve liability will have priority over his
Cadet Force Obligation in the event of emergency)
(b) Gazetting action will then be taken up with the Ghana
Government. In due course an announcement will be
made in the Ghana Gazette and the officer will also
be informed by letter.

School Masters and New members not previously commissioned.


16.(a)

Authority will be given to the Corps Parent Unit to


convene a selection Board consisting of the
following:1.

Representative of the Ghana Education Service
Representative of the School concerned

And in the case of a new Cadet Corps officer, the board will
consist of the following:
1. Officer Commanding the Cadet Corps
2. Commanding Officer of the Parent Unit (or his
representative)
3. Chief Staff Officer of the Cadet Corps
(b)

The Boards duty will be to decide whether the


candidate is a fit and proper person to be appointed
as an officer or NCO in the Cadet Corps and, if so, to
recommend whether he/she should be required to do a
short training attachment to a regular unit before or
after appointment.

(c)

The appointment may finally be dependent, where the


candidate has seen service in one of the Armed Forces,
on the appropriate record Office confirming that there
is no objection.

PERMANENT STAFF INSTRUCTORS


17. Each School may employ on its staff a Cadet Corps
Permanent Staff Instructor (PSI) paid from the schools funds. In
addition to the needs of the Cadet Corps (i.e. drill
instruction, storekeeping, maintenance of equipments, clerical
work) he may if suitable combine these duties with school task
(e.g. physical training and other fitness instructions)
Selection
18. The Permanent Staff Instructor must be an ex Warrant
officer or Non-Commissioned Officer of the Ghana Armed Forces* .
In order to employ an Instructor the school authorities should
either:(a) Advertise in the National newspapers.

(b)
Contact Headquarters,
through their parent units.

SECTION III: GENERAL ADMINISTRATON


ARMOURIES
30. Each Cadet Corps requires an Armoury to house its rifles
and other stores. A suitable building cost approx 1000 to erect
and each School can claim 1000 for this purpose from the
Military funds. See section IV Financial Instructions Paras 74 76. Any additional cost will have to be paid, however, by the
School Authorities themselves.
31. Ghana Armed Forces* will not be responsible for drawing up
the pans but advise will be given by the Works Services, Ghana
Engineers or Public Works Department on those submitted to them.
Arrangements can be made for School Authorities to see the plans
of the armouries built so far on application to Headquarters,
Ghana Armed Forces* . The building should be permanent, blending
with the existing School blocks and design so that the Cadets
will a pride in it as their Military centre. It should allow
for:a.

An Arm Kite Capable of holding up to 100


rifles,

b.

small store room,

c.

small office

It may be possible to include a lecture room and to combine it


with the Permanent Staff Instructor's quarters.

CLOTHING AND EQUIPMENTS


Clothing
32. Clothing and web equipment will be issued to the Cadet
Corps by the Parent Unit with the scales laid down in Appendices
'A' and 'B'.
33. Every Officer, permanent staff instructor and cadet
joining the Corps will be issued with a set of clothing.

commissioning in order to enable them to purchase certain items
not issued. Details are given in Section IV, financial
Instructions Paras 81 - 82.
35. Serviceable clothing that the Cadets out-grow should be
passed on, bit all unserviceable clothing and web equipments,
including that issued to the Cadet officer and permanent staff
instructor, will be replaced by the Parent Unit it is considered
due for condemnation.
36. Unserviceable clothing and web equipment will not be
withdrawn from the Cadet Corps for exchange but will be allowed
to waste out in their possession.
Training Equipments
37. Training equipments will be issued to the Cadet Corps by
the parent Unit in accordance with the scales laid down in
Appendix 'C' as soon as secure storage space is available.
38. Drill rifles may not be kept at the school until a armoury
has been built but, until then, the parent unit will hold and
issue drill rifles as required.
39. Service rifles and live .303 ammunition will always be held
by the Parents Units for issue as required.
40. Parent Units will exchange unserviceable training equipment
on a 'one-for- one' basis.

General Accounting Procedure


41. For accounting purposes the Cadet Corps will be considered
as a normal sub unit of the parent Unit except that once a
signature has been obtained from the Officer Commanding the

Cadet Corps for clothing and equipment issued to him the


responsibility of the parent unit is finished, and it may be
struck off charge.
42. The internal distribution of clothing and equipment and
accounting for it is the responsibility of the Officer
Commanding the Cadet Corps, who should keep his own clothing and
equipment ledger.
43. Parent Units are authorised to hold a 10% stock of the
Cadet clothing scale, based on the strength of their affiliated
Cadet Corps, which will be in the small sizes normally required
for a cadet.
44. (a) All AFs G 982 E will be endorsed by Parent Units in
red ink:"..............................School/College Cadet Corps"
(b)

Parent Units will show in the 'Reason for Indent' box


of the AFs G 982 E whether the issue is an "Initial
Issue" or "Replacement". Both initial and replacement
issues are charged to the Cadet Corps vote. (Except as
in Para 45 below)

(c)

AFs G 982 will be costed by Ordinance Depot, Ghana


Ordinance Service and forwarded to Headquarters, Ghana
Armed Forces* for action by the allotment holder.

45. Special application must be made to headquarters, Ghana


Armed Forces* if items not authorized in Cadet Corps Scales are
required. If issued the corps will be required to pay for them
from its own funds. Detailed instructions will be given at the
time the issue is authorized.

CAMP EQUIPMENTS
46.

(a) Camp sponsor unit will be authorized by headquarters,


Ghana Armed Forces*
to draw up a loan voucher from
Ordinance Depot any of the items of camp equipment
listed at Appendix 'G'. No quantities are given in the
appendix as it is considered that no two camps are
likely to be of the same size.
(b)

A schedule of the items and quantities required must


Ghana Armed Forces*
for approval two months before
the camp begins.

47. Authority will be given for items not included in Appendix


'G' but held by the sponsor unit under column 4 of their LET to
be used for the camp if required.
48. Authority for Barrack Services
items may also be applied for.

Return of Ordinance Camp Stores


49. The stores will be returned to Ordinance Depot as soon as
possible after the camp closes. They must be in good condition,
clean and serviceable before they can be accepted as they will
be required for re-issue.
50. Before being stuck tentage will be inspected at the camp
site by Ordinance representatives who will be responsible for
ensuring that right component parts are packed in each valise.
51. The sponsor unit will be required to raise debit vouchers
for any deficiency or breakage noted by Ordinance Depot. It is
essential, therefore, that a list of deficiencies and damages is
agreed with the Officer Commanding the Cadet Corps before
departure.

TRANSPORT AND RATIONS


52.

RECORDS
53.

Each Corps should keep the following records:a.

Roll books showing parade and camp attendances

b.

Capitation grant accounts

c.

Clothing and equipment ledgers

d.

Records of security checks on arms and valuable stores

OFFICERS IDENTITY DOCUMENTS


54.

Parent Units will supply Cadet Officers with AB 439.

CORRESPONDENCE
55. Except in emergency all correspondences concerning the
cadet corps will be passed through parent units. Corps should
avoid addressing Headquarters, Ghana Armed Forces* direct.

ADMINISTRATIVE INSPECTION
56. An Administrative Inspection will be carried out annually
between September-December either b the Officer commanding the
Parent Unit or by another Senior Officer nominated by
Headquarters, Ghana Armed Forces* .
57. The Officer Commanding

SECTION IV- FINANCIAL INSTRUCTIONS


General
70. The relevant paragraphs of these regulation will be quoted
for all authorised charges against the Cadet Corps Vote (Head 4
Items 7 and 57).
71. Whenever the words "Imprest Account" are used they refer to
the Cadet Corps Parent Unit Imprest Account.
Allotment Holder
72. The allotment holder for Cadet Corps vote will be the GSO
II (Trg) Headquarters, Ghana Armed Forces* .
Endorsement
73.

a.

All debit vouchers, issue vouchers, claims, schedules


and bills will be endorsed by Parent Unit in red ink:".....................School/College Cadet Corps".

b.

When received at HQ GAF these vouchers will be


endorsed by the allotment holder in red ink:- "
Chargeable to Item............." and passed to CP &
FA. They will then be forwarded to GMFPO who
will recover the cost from the funds held in the Cadet
Corps suspense account.

Armouries
74. A payment not exceeding 1000 (one thousand pounds) may be
made to each school Authority towards the cost of an Armoury for
its Cadet Corps.
75. Before planning begins a letter of authority will be
obtained from Headquarters, Ghana Armed Forces* and before the

building begins the plans will be agreed by Works Service Ghana


Engineers or Public Works Department.
76. When the building is completed the parent unit will convene
a Board of Officers to inspect it and to ensure that it is
suitable in every way for use as an Armoury. If in the opinion
of the Board the building is satisfactory an application for
payment will be submitted to Headquarters, Ghana Armed Forces*
through the parent unit. The application will be supported by:a.

Reference to Ghana Armed Forces*

Letter of Authority

b.

Copy of the report of the Board of Officers

c.

A duplicate copy of the Contractor's bill

Capitation Grant
77. A Capitation Grant of 25/- (Twenty five shillings) per
Cadet certified efficient will be paid to each Corps Annually.
It is at the discretion of the Officer Commanding the Cadet
Corps how it is spent but it is designed to cover such expenses
as:a.

Provision of miscellaneous items,

b.

Alterations to clothing,

c.

Purchase of items of clothing not in or surplus to the


normal scale

d.

Recreational Transport,

78. This grant will be paid at the end of the school year in
December. On the formation of a new Unit special instructions
will be given by Headquarters, Ghana Armed Forces* .
79.

Payment will be made from Imprest supported by:-

A normal roll signed by the Commanding Officer of the


Parent Unit, certifying that the cadets for whom the grant was
paid were efficient.
80. For a cadet to be certified efficient, the Corps records
must show that he has attended a minimum of twenty parades and
five days camp during the year.

Officers Outfit Allowance


81. Fresh Officer who receives a commission for service in the
Cadet Corps will be paid an outfit allowance of 10 (Ten pounds)
to cover the cost of purchasing such items as SD cap, Sam
Browne, rank badges, officers type puttees, etc.

82. A claim is not required. Payment will be made by cheque


direct to the Officer by Ghana Armed Forces*
Pay Office. on
authority from Headquarters, Ghana Armed Forces* .

Purchases from Officers Shop


83. Cadet Officers will be entitled to make purchases of the
items listed at Appendix 'J' for their own use in the Ghana
Ordinance Service Officer's Shop, ACCRA.
84.

The procedure will be:a.

Cadet Officers wishing to make purchase will not


go direct to the shop itself but will ask to see
the Officer Commanding the Ordinance Depot.

b.

He will arrange for the Cadet Officer to be


served and will warn the Cashier, Ghana
Forces Pay Office.

Armed

c.

The AWF 3225 account will be paid by the Officer


to the Cashier.

d.

The receipt will be returned to the Officers Shop


when the items purchased will be handed over.

85. The Officer's shop is opened between 1130hrs and 1315hrs


every Monday to Friday.
Purchases from parent Unit Quartermasters
86. Officers may purchase items for their own use from Parent
Unit Quartermaster in addition to those normally scaled for
issue.
87. Debit vouchers much be paid through the parent unit Imprest
account before the extra issue can be made.

Detention Allowance
88. Detention Allowance at the rate of 30/-per day may be
claimed by a cadet officer for the period of the annual camp or
as authorized by Headquarters, Ghana Armed Forces* .
89. Claims will be submitted on AFO 1771 endorsed by
Officer Commanding the Parent Unit and will be forwarded to
Ghana Armed Forces*
for pre-audit. Payment will be made
cheque from the Ghana Armed Forces*
Pay Office direct to
Cadet Officers concerned.

Motor Mileage Allowance


90. Cadet Corps Officers may claim motor mileage allowance at
2d (Two-pence) a mile for the use of their private motor
vehicles to travel to and from and for duty journeys at annual
camp.
91. Prior authorization for the use of the vehicle must be
obtained from the Commanding Officer of Parent Unit.
92. Claims on AFO 1771 endorsed as in para. 73 a. should be
submitted not later than one month after return from camp to the
Parent Unit for countersignature by the Commanding Officer. They
will then be forwarded to Headquarters, Ghana Armed Forces* for
pre-audit. Payment will be made by cheque from the Ghana Armed
Forces* Pay Office direct to the Cadet Corps Officer concerned.
Road and Rail Travel
93. Road and Rail travel on military warrants is authorized for
the following journeys:a.

movement of a Cadet Corps to and from annual camp

b.

Visit to Military Displays, Ceremonial Parades or


Regular Units as authorized by Headquarters, Ghana
Armed forces.

94. The warrants will be prepared by the parents units and will
be endorsed as laid down in para. 73 a. above.

Military Transport
95. Military Transport must be made available during annual
camp and for journeys under para. 93 b. above without charge
provided prior authority is obtained from Headquarters, Ghana
Armed Forces* .
96. In the event of transport not being available, authorised
journey, the Parent Unit may apply to ST Headquarters, Ghana
Armed Forces* accompanied by AFP 1922 and endorsed as at para.
73 a. above.
Recreational Transport
97. Transport for recreational purpose may be supplied on
repayment. Debit vouchers raised by Composite Coy will be
forwarded to the Parent Unit for recovery from the Cadet Corps
concerned. The Cadet Corps will pay the bill from its own funds
(i.e. Capitation Grant) by cheque to Ghana Armed Forces*
"Cashier, Ghana Armed Forces* Pay Office".

Rations
98. Parent Units or Camp Parent Units will prepare separate
indents for rations from Cadet Corps units on authority from
Headquarters, Ghana Armed Forces* . These Indents will be
endorsed as in para. 73 a. above. The scale of rations for the
cadet Corps is laid down in Appendix 'F'.
99. The Unit issuing the rations will prepare a Schedule of
Rations issued and forward it to Headquarters, Ghana Armed
Forces* .
Ration Allowance
100. Cadet Officers attending Camp will claim ration allowance
at the current rates on AFO 1771. Their claim will be
countersigned by the Commanding Officer of the Parent Unit and
will be forwarded to Headquarters, Ghana Armed Forces* for preaudit. Payment will be made by cheque from the Ghana Armed
Forces* Pay Office direct to the Cadet Officer concerned.
Permanent Staff Instructors
101. A permanent Staff Instructors appointed to the school staff
can be paid up to 200 (Two hundred pounds) per annum from the
Cadet Vote, by the Parent Unit.
102. Payment will normally be made fortnightly through the
Imprest Account. Payment will be supported by a receipt on AB 57
or separate Voucher endorsed as in para. 73 a. above.

120. The detailed training programmes for each Cadet Corps will
be the responsibility of the Officer Commanding the Cadet Corps.
The aim will be to train all cadets up to standard whereby they

123. In planning the programme the Officer Commanding the Cadet
Corps will consider the many ways in which the parent unit can
help referred to in section I
Formation Para 3 b. And decide
which items of training can best be done at school and which
will be reserved for field days or camp.

160. There are two Ghana Armed Forces* Cadet Corps proficiency
certificates which may be completed for by both cadets and cadet
officers, the Proficiency Certificate Part I and the Proficiency
Certificate Part II:a.
Part I will be a test of the cadet knowledge of basic

Part II will be a more advanced test in military
training, Fieldcraft and infantry section leading
161. It will be the aim of every Cadet to pass the two
examinations and to be awarded both certificates. Besides
marking his/her progress in the Corps, both will be taken into
account if later the Cadet joins the Ghana Armed Forces* .
162. Both examinations will be practical and will be conducted
by a Board of Officers and NCOs who will be appointed by
Headquarters, Ghana Armed Forces* .
Arrangement may be made for the board to convene at any time and
the examinations may be held either at the school, at the parent
unit, at camp or as arranged with the Officer Commanding the
Cadet Corps.

GHANA ARMED FORCES CADET CORPS,


ORGANIZATION (GAFCC)
INTRODUCTION
In putting recourse to the Cadet Corps organization in Ghana
that will be unique.
We seek to build a Cadet Corps organization under a proposed
name GHANA ARMED FORCES*
CADET CORPS(GAFCC) which is likened
after what used to the GHANA MILITARY FORCES CADET CORPS and
primarily will be aimed at channelling the youthful and abundant
energies of the Cadets into useful and productive avenues of
life and to make them aware of the discipline and order of
respect for constituted authority which must be applied in all
aspects of lives and circumstances.
The role of the
GAFCC will be to inspire young people in Ghana
to achieve success by instilling in them through the Cadet
Corps multi-faceted programme which is physically and mentally
challenging and rewarding, the spirit of fidelity, service to
government, country and community as well as maintaining a vice
free youth..
We will be committed to remaining essentially a youth
organization with a training syllabus based on creating military
ready youth by the teaching, at the appropriate time and place,
military training which will be suitable for young people as
well as inculcating in them, such virtues of good citizenship,
good leadership and more importantly personal responsibility and
national awareness.
TARGET GROUP
Our target group will be the Cadet Corps of our educational
institutions who are ready and willing to be bound by the
regulations set out by the headquarters, Ghana Armed Forces* .

ORGANIZATION
COMMAND AND CONTROL
The
GAFCC will be voluntary, part-time force organised to
assist cadet corps units of schools which continue education
to 13 years of age and above. It will comprise Army, Navy and
Airforce Sections of the corps. Its broad function will be to
provide a disciplined organization through which boys and
girls may develop qualities of endurance, resourcefulness,
self-reliance, leadership and responsibility, as well as a
sense of public service and will be organised as follows:a. HEADQUARTERS GHANA ARMED FORCES* CADET CORSP (HQ- GAFCC)
b. PARENT (SPONSOR) UNITS
c. SECTOR HEADQUARTERS
d. REGIONAL HEADQUATERS
e. CADET CORPS UNITS
i. There will be an Officer Commanding the Cadet Corps (of
suitable rank) appointed by headquarters, Ghana Armed
Forces* , who will exercise executive command and control
of the entire Cadet Corps.
ii.
There will be liaison officers from all units of the
Ghana Armed Forces* also appointed by headquarters, Ghana
Armed Forces* , who will see to the administration and
training of Cadet Corps units affiliated to their units.
iii.
There will be a chief staff officer who will be a
Cadet Corps officer (volunteer) who will assist the Officer
Commanding the Cadet Corps in the exercise of executive
command and control of the corps.
iv.
There will be two sector coordinators who will be in
charge of the command and control of the two divisional
sectors (Northern and Southern) of the
GAFCC organization
v. There will be regional coordinators in all the ten (10)
geographical regions of Ghana who will be cadet officers
(volunteers) and will assist the chief staff officer in the
day to day administration and training of Cadet Corps units
in their respective regions
vi.
There will also be, for the discipline of the corps of
cadet, a Cadet Corps Sergeant Major who will be a cadet
warrant officer (volunteer) who will seek advice from
Regimental Sergeant Major (RSM) of the various parent
units.

The Ghana Armed Forces* Cadet Corps (GAFCC) will be a Ministry


of Defence sponsored youth organization in the Republic of
Ghana. Its aim is to "provide a disciplined organization in a
school so that pupils may develop powers of leadership by means
of training to promote the qualities of responsibility, self
reliance, resourcefulness, endurance and perseverance". It will
not a pre-service organization, although it acknowledges that
one of its objectives is "to encourage those who have an
interest in the services to become Officers of the Regular or
Reserve Forces", and a significant number of officers have
indeed had experience in the GAFCC.
While receiving a lot of training from the military, the Cadet
Corps will be run by Officer of the Ghana Armed Forces*
and
Adult Cadet Officers as well as permanent staff instructors
(PSI's) who may be retired or still on active duties. The Cadet
Corps will be essentially a youth organization with a training
syllabus with subjects that are aimed at Cadets who good
citizenship and personal development, whiles at the same time
linking the syllabus to military skills like drill, skill at
arms and shooting, field craft, expeditions first aid, fire
fighting, disaster management, etc.
Many of the skills gained in the Cadet Corps are invaluable in
the job's market place with a large number of cadets leaving
school with considerable leadership experience and knowledge.
The
GAFCC will offer a wide range of experiences for the
youngsters to achieve self-discipline and a sense of self-pride.
No matter what the way, from mastering foot drills to
parachuting. The
GAFCC will offer comradeship, weekend and
vacation camps and a host of other activities. The GAFCC will
also offer a wide range of sporting, adventure, military and
community training activities, We seek to provide young people
a chance to experience a taste of what life is like in the ARMED
FORCES. We are not a recruiting organization although a lot of
the men and women in the Armed Forces have had experience of the
Cadet Corps. We seek to help strengthen the close and healthy
link between the regular forces and the community.
Cadet Corps is modelled on the Armed Forces, but in a way that
is carefully modified to be appropriate for young people. The
base line of its aim is to provide developmental opportunities
to help young people fulfil their potentials as individuals
during the transition from youth to adult life. In particular,
cadets build strong and confident relationship with other young
people and experienced cadet leaders.
For the purpose of this regulation the following definitions
will apply:1. A Cadet will be a child or young person, under the age of
18, involved in the Cadet Corps activities, who is enrolled
in a fully accredited institution of learning.

2. Cadet Officers will be adult members (that is someone over


the age of 18 years) either a volunteer within the Corps or
retired Armed Forces Personnel, or members of Parents,
Teachers & Supporters Associations.

develop the personal qualities and life of the cadets.
POLICE CADET CORPS
The police Cadet Corps section of GAFCC will provide training in
areas that will empower the Cadets to contribute in Nation
Building.
Apart from teaching cadets to adopt the police
tradition of high standards of performance, commitment, duty,
service and to seek to excel and face up to challenges,. The
police Cadet Corps also enlightens the Cadets on the role of the
Ghana Police Service as well as help to build a stronger bond of
friendship between the police cadets and the Ghana Police
Service as so lead to a safer place for all in the country.
FIRE CADET CORPS
The fire Cadet Corps section of

rudiments of fire prevention and safety especially in the recent
fire outbreak in Ghana as well as first aid, disaster
management, search and rescue operations, while adopting the
high standards of performance of the Ghana National Fire Service

CADET CORPSUNIFORMS AND APPEARANCE


General
Although, the Cadet Corps, Ghana is not part of the Armed
Forces, it is often recognised as being such. It is important
therefore that the GAFCC maintain uniforms and appearance to a
high standard so as not to cause disrepute to the GAFCC or the
Armed Forces and other security services of the Republic of
Ghana. GAFCC orders of dress and standards will be consistent
with and closely aligned to those of the Armed Forces and other
Security Agencies.
The wearing of military uniforms by members of the GAFCC will be
restricted to the following occasions:
a. while proceeding to or from a place of parade, and/or
b. while attending training or an Armed Forces approved cadet
activity.
The GAFCC insignia will be worn at all times on all uniforms.
GAFCC dress regulation will be in accordance with that
authorised by the Ghana Armed Forces*
