LIFE PURPOSE Live in dependence on Jesus Christ (John 15:5), faithfully doing the work He has called
me to (1 Cor. 15:58), and make disciples (Matt. 28:19).

OBJECTIVES Teach the Word of God so that it transforms the way we lead, train and disciple.
Use my strategic planning, team building, business and engineering background to
impact leadership and organizational development in churches and parachurch ministries.
LONG-TERM Begin a leadership development consulting ministry called PREPARE that works with
GOALS lay and staff leaders at churches and parachurch ministries both domestically and
internationally. As a teacher and a leader I believe that I must continually be learning. I
have an additional goal of pursuing PhD studies in leadership, and will always seek
opportunities to be discipled and continue to grow in my Bible knowledge and practice of
spiritual disciplines. All of these plans I hold with hands wide open, completely willing to
change course and follow where the Lord leads.
