The following is the Short List containing the Register Numbers of candidates who are found
provisionally eligible to be called for interview for selection to the post of JUNIOR MANAGER
(INFORMATION MANAGEMENT) - Statewide (Category No. 443/ 2009 ) in KERALA STATE

Note:- (1) Inclusion of Register Numbers in this list is purely provisional subject to absolute scrutiny
and admission of application on absolute basis. Inclusion of Register numbers in the Short list does
not confer any right on the candidate to be called for interview or for subsequent inclusion in the
Ranked List.
Note:- (2) The Short list is prepared based on the details furnished by the candidate in the
application and subsequent claims made will not be entertained at any stage. The candidates who have
secured 35 (Thirty five) marks and above are included in the Main List. The marks have been lowered
to the requisite extent in respect of the Supplementary Lists.
Note :- (3) SC/ST Candidates included in the Short List are required to produce two copies of the
Community Certificate issued by the Revenue authority and the candidates belonging to Other
Backward Classes included in this list are required to produce the Non Creamy Layer Certificate as
per G.O (P) No: 81/09/SC/ST/DD dated 26.09.2009 along with other documents at the time of
Certificate Verification prior to the interview. Such candidates in the Main List who fail to produce the
above mentioned Community/NCL Certificate will not be entitled to the benefit of community
reservation and will be considered open competition candidates, The date,time and Place of original
documents verification and interview will be intimated in due course.
Note:- (4)
According to the existing procedure, revaluation of answer scripts is not allowed.But
candidates can apply for rechecking/photocopy of their answer scripts within 45 days from the
publication of the Ranked List for the post. Detailed instructions will be published in the Ranked List to
be published for the post.
Note :- (5) Candidates whose Register Numbers are invalidated are advised to refer to Invalidation
Notification No : ER VIII(3)7678/13/EW Dated:09.07.2014.
