Juliette puts her villa for sale. She pretends to get the wreched place off her hands and is ready
to sacrifice it at any price. Mr. Gastons wife Jeanne wants to buy a villa so that she can put her
parents in it. Mr. Gaston doesnt want to buy Juliettes villa and deliberately finds faults in it. The
Garden is very small and the saloon is not big. Juliette lie a perfect saleswoman tries to sell the
villa in two hundred thousand frans. !hen Juliette and Jeanne are upstairs Mrs "l.Smith comes.
She taes Mr. Gaston as the owner. She is in a hurry and stries the deal with Mr. Gaston in three
hundred thousand frans. She buys the villa as it is near #aramount Studio where she is going to
shoot some films. $ow the story taes an interesting turn. Mr. Gaston start praising the villa its
bedrooms baths and gardens. %e also starts showing concern for Jeannes parents and her
sisters children& 'y now Jeanne give up the idea of buying the villa. Mr. Gaston at once buys the
villa in two hundred thousand frans from Juliette. Juliette is happy but Mr. Gaston is happier.
Jeanne simply cant understand what is going on there. Mr. Gaston tells her that he has earned a
cool one hundred thousand frans and a picture of (arolt in the bargain.
